Thank you Tim for all of that share with the youtube yoga community. I found the live audio style much easier to follow and felt more connected in comparison to the voice over narration style. I will return to this video and sequence often I'm sure.

I have been following your videos for a couple of months and the transformation of my body is unbelievable. I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and have never found a practice like yours. People usually think I am ten years younger than what I am. I credit it to Yoga. Thank you so very much. So glad I found your videos.

Hi Tim, I started with your 30 day challenge, and have become regular follower. Over the last couple of months I have been amazed at the progress that I have made. I'm a 55 year old who once was in fairly great shape, but who, for a variety , of reasons, including a fairly serious injury, have been away from fitness for a while. I tend to do a quick preview of the videos, and have been scared off by some of the poses that just seemed imposable to me. One thing I have learned, though, is that it is not so much important that you fully achieve the pose, but that you try to, an never sacrifice form. Keeping this in mind, I am now shocked to be able to do Warrior 3, Half Moon, and several others, that I just thought would be simply out of the question. Thanks for all you do Tim, I donated a small amount, but will donate more as I can. You're the best. Just as a matter of opinion, I really want to lose about 15 pounds (I've lost 5) to that end, I've started doing three a week days with you, for form and technique, and three days doing a more "power" focused practice. I wonder If you have any thoughts on this.

Nice routine. I especially liked that you did double pigeon at the end. I've been trying to use that pose as a stretch for the past couple weeks to work out my IT band issues. I have insanely tight hips and can barely even stand to keep the legs stacked on one another. It's been working so far so I'll keep at it. If you have any other stretches/poses that you know can combat IT band, tight hips and sciatica it'd be great to see a full routine devoted to it. Thanks again.
@YogaDose8 жыл бұрын
+Connor Robinson I would try rolling your it band on a foam roller. Also, the back care sequence might help out.

I'm a yoga teacher and your videos are amazingly helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge Tim. I have just one question about the hands placement on the blocks during the sun salutations. The blocks were medium height and you had your hands placed externally rotated. But would it be prefereable to place the palms of the hands flat on the block for better alignment on the wrist or it is not an issue? Oh! And the hands placement variation during the side planks made a total difference. Thanks again Tim

I really like your classes and I often return. Your channel is one of my fav :) I like the precision in your flows. Having said that, I would welcome sessions where you break down the postures or even mix your Vinyasa practice with a style like e.g. Iyengar to further work on alignments :) Thank you for sharing your practice with us :)

I think your nose flowed the best in this one :-). Really nice practice. By slightly bending my knee in some of the forward folds as instructed, I could feel a much deeper stretch in my upper hamstrings, which also did wonders for my wonky hips / low back. Thank you very much!

Thanks for a new video. I really enjoy your teaching style. Could you do a video to target shoulders or necks? I have a degenerative disk problem around my neck and have a lot of shoulder pain. Stretching has really helped from yoga but I have not seen a video that just targets these areas? Anything would be appreciated. .
