These are my absolute favorite types of workouts. Love less sets, more variety, less boredom. I get bored so easily. This one was so fun!

I almost didn't work out today because I was feeling so tired but then I remember how much I've enjoyed all the Sydney workouts I've done so far and I pushed myself to do this one and I crushed it. I'm feeling so accomplished right now! Also, everything she said at the end was something I needed to hear today :)

I did NOT want to workout today because I got a very late start and I almost skipped especially when I saw it was 50 min. I did it anyways and I feel amazing and so proud of myself. This was a great workout! I have worked out with Jillian michaels for years but I've switched over to Sydney, these workouts are awesome and I really love Sydney. Not to mention my body is radically changing. I'm already very fit but I'm building muscle so much more with Sydney. THANK YOU, SYDNEY! Oh my goodness! This workout was KILLER, and I loved it!! 💖👍💪🏻 The pace was perfect for keeping the hr and the intensity up, and I was sweating buckets! 😅💧, Yes, you are right, Sydney, if you never have to take a breather and re-calibrate, you're definitely not working hard enough. I love that feeling of working at my edge, and I was able to really push myself on some of the exercises today. Yay, getting stronger every day! 💪🏻😁

This was an absolute favourite 😍😍 I've been having hips and knee problems and I need to take the modifications of every single move. Still, this left me sooo satisfied I hardly noticed I was modifying 😍 I'll be coming back to this one at least once a week!

Crushed it! I love it that it has been a while since I have done a squat then shoulder press with 30´s and I was seriously doubting myself until I just did it and realized it was a lot easier than I remember it being! GETTING STRONGER YEA!!!

Great Monday workout!! Thanks Sydney! Love the compound moves and mixing in cardio with strength training! I was a left leg dominated high jumper also!!! Not collegiate level, just long jump and triple jump in college but was my favorite event!! Wish I still had those springs!😆 🦵🏼
