I absolutely loved this workout I randomly just picked something and she says it was the day after Thanksgiving(when she did this workout years ago) I know today is not Thanksgiving but what are the odds of me randomly picking this one 2 days after Thanksgiving!! Now this is a great workout that fits my goals for now!!! Did modify some of cardio moves to incorporate more squat jumps as that's my tough area and swapped out the fire hydrant for man makers. Also happy thanksgiving Sydney and thank you for keeping us on track always.. love ya girl so much. I'm so grateful for finding your channel this last year it has helped change me in so many positive ways. ❤️😘❤️

Loved this workout, being away from home for the holiday has made finding the space and time to workout but I’ve done it! Crushed it so hard today. I went to the base gym so I could use the weights. I was so sweaty and gross looking, it was spectacular! Best part, I'm getting over my anxiety of working out at public gyms. God bless Sydney and all you lovely hard working ladies and gentlemen.
