Weight training isliye important hai kyuki agar bs cardio se fat loss hoga toh skin latak jati hai isliye weight training jarur kre) push pull leg routine ko follow kro. 4. Khane se pahle 1 plate salad jarur khaao isse yeh fayda hoga ki pet bhara rhega aur overeating nii kroge (simple ghr ka khana khaao) 5. Khaane ke baad 10 min walk jarur kro. 6. Apne maintenance calories mese 300 se 500 calories se jyada na kam kre Tips: In sab aadato ko apne lifestyle me add kro isse yeh fayda hoga ki puri life yeh follow kr skte ho. @@Me_Bangali break fast : 1apple + pomegranate Lunch : 3 chapatis + dal + one vegitable(minimum oil) + lots of salads evening snack: 6-7 almonds + makhane Dinner: 2-3 chappati + black dal +vege + salad

Should take minimum 1k calories per day and burn 400-500 calories. And run 15 minutes 3 or 4 times in week no need to run daily. Hit the workout. Don't take extra sugar and oil👍

@@husnainali4530 yes sure the main element is burn more calories and eat less calories..I walked for 13-15 kms in the morning every day and used to skip the dinner. And try to use little weights or you could lose muscle mass which I did🥴That's it

Bone less chicken or fish 100 gm me 120 calorie hota hai 100 gm anaz me 350 calorie hota hai , protein chicken aur fish me 22 gm hota hai jo ki fat loss me bahut jaroori hai anaz me carbs jyada jo ki weight gain karwata hai, to ye nah rahe hai ki maans machli khane se weight kam nahi hota badhta hai , aaj kal koi bhi video bana deta hai

Mane 2 mahine pehle hi bilkul chaval khana chod diya aur din me 3 roti aur sabji khata hu aur khana chaba chaba kar Khao kyuki jaldi digest hota hai aur me kahu to lunch Karo afternoon me aur raat ko salad Khao kyuki hum ratko khana khake sote hai to khana digest nahi ho pata aur charbi badne lagti hai mera 2 mahine pehle 72 kg tha abhi 63 kg hai aur mera ye hi 1 day ka plan hai lekin ek din me 500 kcal burn karta hu khau ya na khau

Skip Any Meal Like I prefer Dinner , Morning 4 Roti With Any Sabji With Minimum Oil, and in afternoon 2 Chapati + Any Fresh Furits , In night chawal is good for health ( salad must in the nigh) in summer watermelon, Pineapple, is good. 10000 steps and 30 mins home workout I lose easily 2kg per month ( Bhaar ka khaana band )

Stepsetgo...SSG app hai jo aapake step count karata hai..km dikhata hai..aur kitani calories burn kiye hai o bhi dikhata hai...main daily 18km walk karati hu..morning main 10thousand steps aur evening main 8thousand steps...mera 11 km k uper ho jyata hai..tab jyake 500 calories burn ho jyate hai..

Toh basically jitni calories li hai usse zyada burn karni hai... Tabhi weight loss hoga na? Jaise din me mujhe 1500 calories khani hoti h but main 500-600 calories khati hu aur gym me 900-1000 calories burn kar leti hu toh weight lose hoga na? But fir bhi mujhe thodi bhook lagti hai toh kya m calories 700-800 kha skti hu?

Kuch bhi na karo bus apne khane ko oil free rakho aur per day kum se kum 20 floor upar niche ho 3 months mein 15 to 20 kg weight loss hoga aur stamina boost ho jayega. Ye mera khud ka experience hai baki dusro ka alag ho sakta hai.

Apko apni maintenance calories se deficit karni hongi example apke current weight ki maintenance calories 1800 h or jab aap 1500 calories intake karoge 300 calories kam tab apka weight kam hona start ho jayega

@@NehuMagic gd but agar aap zyada mote th past or mai weight lifting nahi karte ho to apki skin latak sakti h aise mostly hota h logo k saath mai aap weight zarur kijye gym main ya phir ghar par only cardio karne se apka weight to kam ho jayega but skin bhi lose ho jayegi to carefully rehna waise well done keep it up nd stay fit stay healthy
