what worked for me is less rice/pasta, more protein and vege. don't cut out cravings entirely bc u will crave and overeat. focus on what nutritious food u can add to it. example if u crave a donut, have half of it along with berries and yoghurt. that way u add more nutrients while still eating what you crave

I try to drink more water so that it tricks my brain into thinking that i'm full. Don't know if that'll work for everyone,but it works fore me❤

well dont be sad ı failed for the last 5 months with useless diets too which is pretty long time . now I am on the 7th day of diet. ı am better but ım bloated because of period so ı see no change for the last 3 days but ı didnt give it up. you souldnt too,, love you

Go for more fat and protein, try to limit carbohydrates because they spike insulin. Do watch Dr. Eric Berg videos for more information, and do your own research, a healthy advice.
