I agree with you. It is so refreshing to see the Book of Revelation so well documented that it can't be refuted. I am certain that many who have a Dispensationalist outlook will be challenged to the point of reconsidering their former position, as many who respond here have stated. I believe that many who have read through the years the Hal Lindsey books, with all of the changes for each revised edition, and for all of the predictions that have not come true have become in the past discouraged and disappointed. This series helps to demonstrate that just maybe they have been misled and that the correct view has obviously always been there, just waiting for someone to show them the way. This series is truly masterful.

These teachings are amazing. Kind of does give us an understanding about the world we live in and where we are in history. The thing you said about Christians picking up unwanted babies in Rome really was touching. This really gets down to the bottom of it. I so need to focus on Christ more! As a side joke (sorry couldn't help myself and I fully get where you were coming from by the way) but using the stock market as an analogy might not age well, considering how much of it is inflated. It wouldn't take much for it to fall of a cliff, a lot of it is an illusion and backed by nothing. If it wasn't for the FED blowing more air back into the bubble it would have popped by now.

And to answer your question of how Jesus can rule Jerusalem and the entire earth at once it’s simple . Jesus will be in Jerusalem, while his saints will rule the rest of the world as kings and priest . Jesus is the king of kings and lord of lords. He will be king of the world while the saints are kings in there own separate regions given to them by Jesus . For that’s what is means when the Bible says the saints will rule and reign with Christ for a 1000 years .

I think the idea of these verses is the end of the empires and judgment upon them as found in the Book of Daniel. We see this judgment found in Isa 10:12, which speaks of the fruit of the proud heart of a king. That fruit consists of the subsequent proud empires addressed in Daniel. We see confirmation of the wrath and judgment in Micah 5:15. Beyond some issues arising in these final chapters of Revelation, the series (as much as I could sample the episodes) has been very helpful in clarifying ideas I had basically taken as having explanation of the sort Gore has provided.
