I always go for a run on the first day of every new year! It`s become a tradition in our family! This time I decided to share my first run with all of you! Although I couldn`t post it on the 1st of January, this is still my first workout in 2022!
Join me for this 5K INDOOR RUNNING INTERVALS WORKOUT and let's break a sweat and improve our cardiovascular health with this indoor jogging workout! This indoor running workout will get you 5 km and hopefully more than 5000 steps (although my bands barely tracked 5000...)!
This is a fast paced indoor running cardio workout you can use for weight loss and overall health. Let's move our bodies, get some steps in, and burn some calories!
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
I post daily easy at home workouts (low and moderate intensity) for Weight Loss! Get your steps in with these indoor low and moderate intensity steady state cardio workouts anyone can do!

This is the first workout that I completed in a very long time . I did it in front of the mirror wearing my running clothes and shoes and it felt amazing . I couldn’t track my steps but at the end of it I felt supremely happy :)

Rainy day, dog and I do not feel for a walk. Just finished this work out and got 6.686 steps and 504 calories burned. Already saved on my workouts list! Thank you, Burpeegirl! ❤

This is my first workout of 2022! My numbers are a puzzle...I`m sure I should`ve gotten more steps in 47 minutes... Also there`s a 3 km difference between the 2 bands 😆I would love to see your numbers in the comment section! Check out my numbers in the description box!

Thanks for that workout! I used 2-lb (padded) hand weights throughout. My Fitbit versa 3 says 5 km, 350 calories and 6200 steps. Love all your workouts…if there was a love button, I’d be hitting it instead of just the ‘like’. Happy New Year and thanks again for all you do on KZbin. 💪🏻 👏

I'm so grateful for your video! Before I've started working out with your video I couldn't run more than 30 seconds. Since may 1st I'm using your video almost daily and I've extended the intervals myself from time to time to such an extent that I'm now able to run in place for 49 minutes (not skipping the advertisements) without having to stop. Again, thank you a lot for your video and your efforts. ♥️

It was! But also an extremely sweaty way to start. I swear I sweat more in 2022. I'm wondering if eating all that greasy food has anything to do with it... I filmed an extremely low intensity workout yesterday and my top became an absolute mess 🤔🥴

@@BurpeeGirlLiss That happens to me that occasionally! Hormones getting out of whack does it too. If you ate spicy food that raises your body temperature which causes sweating I couldn’t work out if I didn’t have a fan by me 🤣

I was sooooo proud of myself for completing this. I didn't think I could. I only burned 313 calories so that was bummer. I thought a running work out for nearly 50 minutes would be more of a calorie burn. I burn more on 45 minutes Leslie Sansone workout videos. This one was fun still and worth while since it builds up a good sweat.

6000 steps and 180 kcal burned. I adore this workout. Not too hard, at least for me because I usually run 5km outdoor. Tbh I see the day after that my inner thighs are slimmer, yesterday they were 47cm, now they are somewhere between 45-46cm (of course I did some pilates leg workout previously). Okay, today will be my second day running with this workout😊

Thank you very much for the wonderful video. I use it daily. This kind of running is much better for me than running outdoor. Here I do it with competent breaks, without overwhelming myself. I have my little nephew running with me. He really enjoys it.❤❤❤This is the most useful vorkout video I've ever seen. On January 1st I went out for a run too ..I run each morning , 5..6 chilometers a day..from 6 ,30 to 7 ,30 am aprox ,each day..I'll join you in the afternoon .Thank you so much, dear Burpee girl!

Wow, thanks for this workout! Couldn't go road running this morning, so I tried this, and I'm so glad I did! My Huawei Watch Fit (via the Indoor Run setting) says I ran 5.90KM, did 6773 steps, and burned 406 kcal!

Did this indoor only running. Could make it pretty good, decided to go outdoors.. 😅 that was something else.. I think I died... still made it to 4.8 k.. but really had to slow down some rounds. Will take it out more often.. till i can run the complete training
