Yummy quick workout! Deep core and abs are my weak points so gonna keep doing this every day for at least three weeks or until it doesn't burn anymore. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (oddly enough my thighs burned more today??) Day 3: ❌ (break day cuz I wasn't feeling well) Day 4: ✅ (I think I finally figured out the right positioning for the best burn) Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ (really thought it would get easier by now but the burn just gets worse the better my posture gets...) Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ (slowly getting easier I think?) Day 10: ❌ (break day) Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ (2 weeks!! Still burns tho) Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅

Whenever you feel your neck hurting just engage your core, try to bring the navel al the way up to your back and mantain
