Here’s the full workout: Seated DB curl 4x 8-12 Seated DB overhead extension 4x 10-12 Single arm cable curl 4x 12-15 each arm Single arm cable pushdown 4x 12-15 each arm DB hammer curl superset with overhead cable extension 3x 10-12 (last set dropset to failure)

Watched many of your workout and diet videos, and the best dialogue you say is all the things you capture are your personal way/choice that suits your body! I know most are here talking about whether he is natty or not... Do not worry about that his workouts are legit Main thing is to set your own goals and be realistic. You are not going to be Richard Duchon. My man first off gets paid to workout and lives in the gym. Again be realistic and set realistic goals. Remember even if you are not natural and juice the hell out you still need to work stupid hard to try and even get close to the shape he is in. So why hate, either learn and appreciate or do not watch.
