6 MIN AB BURNER Model Workout & What I Do To Prepare For Swimwear Shoots | Sanne Vloet
Hi there!
I thought I would spice things up this week and include a quick but effective workout video for you! Have you done any of my other ones recently and if you have ,which one was your favorite? This is one of my favorite ab workouts for when I'm traveling and don't have any equipment with me. I do this often before swimwear shoots to tighten up my core. If you do this consistently like I do it will become easier, but trust me that burn never goes away haha
I know I have asked you in the past about what your wellness goals are but today I am curious about what being healthy and being fit means to you and how do you best achieve it? Do you take care of your diet as well as being active?
When I take time to think about why I love working out I've realized because it makes me feel more balanced, stronger and elevates my mood. Do you have the same feeling after working out too?
Once you get the hang of this one you can add an ankle weight to make it tougher. To any new friends to the channel, I hope you join us by subscribing. You cannot spot reduce fat

@@olivermarshall8750You can't spot reduce fat, but you CAN spot build muscle. Growing your abs WILL make them be more defined. Losing fat does help this process.

This workout is amazing! I am four months post partum. I did this workout once a few days ago and my abs hurt like crazy the next day. I thought I had a stomach ache at first. My abs hurt for two days, especially the top of my abdomen next to my ribs. BUT, now I finally feel NORMAL after pregnancy! My stomach tightened . Thank you for this lovely workout ladies! Keep up the good work 🥰

I recommend keeping your hands to the sides of your head when crunching because the way your are doing it now puts a lot of stress on your neck...

Did it for the first time today. I only cheated a little bit. I suck at abs. But I’m hoping to get better. I plan to do this for 4 weeks. Hopefully I will see results soon!

How do you do side planks without your elbows burning?

you can always use mats and cushions and if your elbow hurts because of the weight that is being put on it try and shift your weight so that you are not leaning on your elbow.
