6 MIN AB BURNER Model Workout & What I Do To Prepare For Swimwear Shoots | Sanne Vloet
Hi there!
I thought I would spice things up this week and include a quick but effective workout video for you! Have you done any of my other ones recently and if you have ,which one was your favorite? This is one of my favorite ab workouts for when I'm traveling and don't have any equipment with me. I do this often before swimwear shoots to tighten up my core. If you do this consistently like I do it will become easier, but trust me that burn never goes away haha
I know I have asked you in the past about what your wellness goals are but today I am curious about what being healthy and being fit means to you and how do you best achieve it? Do you take care of your diet as well as being active?
When I take time to think about why I love working out I've realized because it makes me feel more balanced, stronger and elevates my mood. Do you have the same feeling after working out too?
