Starting it from this day onwards Day 1: ✅ completed. This was really intense. My arms felt quite the burn and I was thinking of giving up a few times but I did it well. Day 2: completed. I didn't take any breaks and completed it thoroughly. Day 3: completed Day 4: took a break and couldn't complete it

I felt the same way when i was 13! it’s such a hard age to be but trust me it gets so much better! My best advice is to add a daily walk and add healthy food to your diet!

Day 2: ✅ (Still hard to fully do, but it’s becoming more manageable). Yes it’s possible, try to relax your shoulders so do not bring them up towards your ears. Make the movements with the arms instead of shoulders!🩵🫶
