I don’t know every time I do this exercise I can feel like my arms burning and sometimes I just wanna give up on the work out but I keep going even if I feel the burns in my arms this is a really great workout for your for slim arms

Starting it from this day onwards Day 1: ✅ completed. This was really intense. My arms felt quite the burn and I was thinking of giving up a few times but I did it well. Day 2: completed. I didn't take any breaks and completed it thoroughly. Day 3: completed Day 4: took a break and couldn't complete it

I felt the same way when i was 13! it’s such a hard age to be but trust me it gets so much better! My best advice is to add a daily walk and add healthy food to your diet!

ive been doing this workout for weak and a half and i still cant complete it without putting down my arms for a second at least once! wow! it was a great problem for me that i cant stick to a workout because it gets too easy and this one is really a hidden gem. love it 💝

can’t wait to try this nina!! may 7th: one of my arms are burning really intensely while the other one not so much..??? but it’s a great workout n i’ll try my best to keep up!! ✅ may 8th: did like 5min and 40sec of it 😅 i’ll do it again when i come home from work!!✅ may 9th: ✅ after the third day i stopped so i’m restarting may 16: ✅ may 17th ✅ gonna do it twice today tho! may 18: may 19th ✅

gonna be trying this workout for 2 weeks! Updates might be a little slow.. Day 1: my arms are around 23.5-24 cm and my goal is around 20cm. I couldn’t finish all exercises without breaks because this BURNS! Hoping to see results soon! See you tomorrow 🤞🏼

@@emotional_damage_to_netanyahu я не могу утверждать, ведь у всех разный организм. но у меня после её тренировок на руки руки заметно подтягиваются уже через неделю. вообще у не всё тренировки эффективные)

Yes it’s possible, try to relax your shoulders so do not bring them up towards your ears. Make the movements with the arms instead of shoulders!🩵🫶

I completed the workout and it is hard to do without breaks, indeed. My **question** is if this workout is suitable for someone who wants fit arms,not leaner.They are very lean by nature.Syrwmgth is what i am looking for..
