I loved it and right away subscribed too. But one point here: For upper body other than push ups ,there wasn't any other workout.I was looking for arms,shoulders, triceps, workouts to be included as its a full body workout. You covered glutes,inner thigh,core,back,chest(push up) but legs(only hamstring was covered),arms,shoulder, tricep, weren't covered.
