incredible workout! I love Phong's training, the explanations he gives. I made it through the 24 (congrats to Tatiana), albeit sometimes only doing 10 or 12 reps on certain really challenging exercises. But, I intend to eventually get all the reps done... Gymra is an amazing channel, and is helping so much for getting my strength, tone and slim down after a challenging 4 post surgery years. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work!

I have a very strong core and I do a ton of videos on KZbin. This video is by far the hardest core workout.

Ok. So the thought of attempting this entire workout is scary, but I'm determined to do it. Setting myself a target of 30mins to start with, then will build from there. Wish me luck!

Finished it twice within 4 days. I found the intensity to be intermediate. Next time, I'll try to finish it under 40 minutes.

this was tough. I just finished it, i was drenched in no time!!!! This is the hardest work out i have ever done. I will not recommend working out with those shoes though.

It hurted my hands! can you post something about the correct posture of hands in planks, I mean, somethig that free the presure on the base of the palms. Is it posible please? Or it is just me who feel this pain..... :( ( I don't have any injury) Help!

You can just do planks on your arms instead of hands. Works just as well but it's sooooo much better for the wrists. :)

If you're comfortable and able doing the moves, then yes! Listen to your body. And remember that diet is crucial when it comes to losing weight in the midsection or revealing a six pack.

Spine should be neutral or in flexion for abs in a supine position. She is in extension. Be careful if duplicating this a home!

Your core is the target and it's hard to feel because you're supporting your weight on your hands and shoulders.

Good workout and I enjoy many of Gymra's videos and this guy as a leader/trainer, but please, don't insult us with heels as a reasonable workout shoe.

We understand - we're not exactly promoting the shoes just because she's wearing them. She was comfortable in them and performed without any issues, but of course everyone should wear whatever is safe and comfortable for them :)

byanka ****** I think it would be a little uncomfortable to workout with wedge sneakers maybe it helps the calves but I see quite a few females wear wedge sneakers/trainers at the gym during strength training and rarely on cardio machines i.e. jogging on the treadmill

Oh my goodness. I don't know if only I think like this but in my opinion these moves were too complicated. Like really. Try to put in moves everybody knows because they can kill too. Really, you do not have to make moves as "advanced" like these This workout? I do not think it was a good idea to click on it. I is terrible. Or just you should learn how to explain exercises. Because this is a disaster (I mean especially exercises in the middle of workout) Exercises in the end were very enjoyable. So thank you for them
