This was your best one ever Tom-from the variety to the timer, and also the way you explained things during the exercise instead of before . A true follow along!

I saw this like few days ago but I keep on postponing my exercise. It stays on my mind for few days. Then today, my body is giving me urgent signal to workout or bad headache coming my way and I just did this! I feel so good. My backpain and headache are gone for now. Hopefully tomorrow my body will feel so much better after enough rest! Thanks for this Tom! Been following you for a few years now!

Just finished this one-hour long, follow along flexibility routine. Feeling Great. All those, ever-present niggles have vanished! (they may make a comeback later). Such a routine is better than any medicine. Doctors should consider prescribing appropriate follow-along routine(s) (there are so many to choose from) to their patients. But, if they do that, they will risk losing their patients permanently! Feeling light over entire body. Sure to recommend to family and friends. Thanks.

Congratulations coach on the million. I started with you about 5 years ago, you help me out through a pretty awful bout of work induced sciatica and at 49 I really feel like I've hung onto a great deal of my younger flexibility through work with you. Very much appreciated.

Do you have a strategy for cataloging or writing down all this mobility knowledge? One of my issues is feeling like I don't know how to address certain tightness, but once I follow along I realize I've done these exercises many times!
@BodyweightWarrior8 ай бұрын
These are a mix of what works together both in terms of effect but also flow and position. If the focus was purely for gaining flexibility then the approach might be different and more disjointed

Hi Tom Loving the videos. When you say active flexibility, who would this workout be aimed at, is this a good way to buid some strength as well as flexibility, or do I need to be looking at some more traditional bodyweight or weighted moves for strength and muscle?

Thank you so much for this Tom, I've been doing your follow alongs for a couple of years now and have increased my strength and flexibility hugely. My hip rotation is as smooth as Molly's coat🤣 I wonder if you'd consider doing a follow along for back strength - lats, thoracic rotation, ql etc? I know the info is out there but a proper follow along would definitely be something I'd be interested in. Thanks again😉

First off, thanks Tom. I've been following your full body v5 daily for over 6 months now and absolutely loving the flexibility I've gained in my hips. A problem I have is a ton of tension behind my knee that seems to hinder my ability to actually stretch the hamstring, would you have any ideas or problems I may be facing? I know you have mentioned nerve flossing, but how would I know its actually nerve tension that's causing the pain behind my knee while preforming any hamstring targeted leg stretch. I have been in a struggle to loosen up my hamstrings and I believe your expertise would be provide some better insight to my issue.

I've been working on the pancake pretty diligently for a few months now and I can - maybe on a good day - get a slight angle seated, but not even close to 45 degrees. I stick to standing, but it's as if my hips just don't want get any deeper than they currently can. I mostly stick to passive stretching and PNF. Should I incorporate different techniques like weights, or just stick at it? Regardless, I appreciate everything you put out; be it your follow-alongs, podcast, or your recent travel vlogs. Looking forward to giving this one a go. Many thanks, Tom.
@BodyweightWarrior8 ай бұрын
Depends on a few things but standing is still best. I’d consider increasing volume and checking hip movement, both internal and external rotation.
