When you're so inflexible that sitting on your knees alone already feels like you're doing some advanced type of stretch 😅 Just a little update: I've been lifting and stretching right after 3x a week for 1 month straight and can now sit on my knees without issue among numerous other things that gave me trouble or discomfort before 👍

+1 - my left knee is so tight I can't sit on my legs. For the opening should stretch I am on my knees rather than sitting on my legs. Are there recommendations for outside knee stretches?

I've been doing your 15 minute routine three times a week for the last year, and it's made a huge difference to my life. The lat stretches in particular. My only complaint about that routine was that aside from the neck and lat stretches, the rest of the upper body stretches didn't really "do it" for me. This new routine's upper body stretches are far more helpful for me. But I found that the lower body stretches didn't feel as effective as those from the older routine. So I think that I will alternate routines to start with, and might create a combined routine out of both of them, so that both my upper and lower body get a good stretch in a single routine. Thank you for doing these videos. They've really helped me!

This routine is awesome. I’ve been doing it since you released it , I try to do it everyday if not every other. I was diagnosed with bursitis in my hips and the pain was unreal . I didn’t want to have injections so I started searching and found your channel many years ago, I started doing volume 1 and other hip routines you have but this is my favourite and is a good variety of stretches and has totally changed my life , I would say my hips feel 95% better than they were . I’m a truck driver so just sitting was painful.I have been doing this for years now and just wanted to say thanks 👍

Bro, Thank you very much for these videos. I'm a 34 year old tradie that has hands down to my knees and couldn't touch the ground with straight legs. I've been doing these everyday after work for the last five weeks now and my flexibility is ten fold better than it was. I can now touch my feet and have the goal to be able to pancake by the end of the year! Thanks again and keep these 20 minute routines coming!! #bodyweightwarrior ✊🏽

This is my first time ever stretching for flexibility and I got to the end and I couldn't believe it went in so quick - I've always hated stretching but I loved this! Love your beginner stretches. They are the first beginner ones that actually feel like beginner level. I started do your 15 min one after my strength gth training this past week and today for a rest day I decided to hit a longer video. Already seeing a little improvement but I have a LONG way to go

The first routine felt more beneficial. I found with this one, I wasn't sure how to position my body. Should I keep my back straight? What is my focus on? Some moves a beginner really can't do, so how should I position my body without injury?

Thank you so much for putting out the videos that you do! I started this routine almost a month ago now and some of the chronic muscle pain I've dealt with for several years is gone! I have also gained a large amount of flexibility, keep up the amazing work Tom!

Much prefer the original 15 minute beginner stretch routine. Feels a lot more fluid to me and it doesn't have that cheesy background music. That being said thanks for all your other awesome videos.

ive used this video roughly 15 times and now i am able to reach under my feet. im 30 years old and never in my life was able to touch my toes. thanks sir great content. i am now waiting for v3, v4, and v5.

Tom, I've started my strength & mobility journey for the past 2 weeks by waking up early every morning with a cup of coffee and jumping right into the Body Weight Warrior Channel. Your videos have helped me stretch properly, gain strength, and stay motivated. Also, I love the super chill music! I'm dreading that pancake stretch at the moment but I'm sure i'll eventually get there.

This video is even more useful at home in 2021 in lockdown at home in Montréal, and in a desk chair all day - love it, thank you. Also: would love to see a half-hour workout almost as low-impact as this, with the stretches, but also some strength elements. Thanks for all you do!

I have been doing your routines twice a day now for a few days. It just makes my whole body feel better. I dont have to ready and adjust myself when I'm getting up and down near as much throughout the day.
