After a e-dance workout, it was surprisingly super relaxing. And I never knew I could try the pancake from my sofa. It's like my least favorite position because I never got better at it (I've been super stiff almost my whole childhood/teenagehood), but today I felt how practicing it could feel good and relaxing. The modified pike with the arms wrapped around the thighs to slowly extend the legs is my new favorite stretch! Feels so good when I breathe deep into it. Feels even better when I tilt my head side to side. THANK YOU!

It was all good except for the pancake, I couldn’t even get my legs to stay straight, let alone bend over onto something. That felt like an advanced stretch thrown into a beginner mix. Still, thanks for putting this together!
