Whew that was HARD.. normally I’m a big fan of Sydney’s 60 min workouts because I find them less challenging than her 30min. But 20 mins in and I felt like quitting. 45 mins and I was drenched in sweat. It was slip and slide time on my mat 😝😝.. I was able to push through and even did extra burpees at the end because they are now my favorite, eye roll 🙄. Lol. Working out with Sydney has totally changed my body and I’m able to do things I wasn’t able to or dreamed of doing before finding her. 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Didn’t feel like doing this yesterday so I did it this morning and I crushed it!!!! Not feeling to good physically but I still made it through and I was able to use the 3lb weights for Superman for the 1st time ever 😊. So proud of my accomplishments. I felt super pumped on this Saturday afternoon. I had so much energy to give this. Plus if you can do twice, kudos to you , then I owe once my all. Small woman 5'4 total time 76 min. My peak heart 174 w 10 min in this zone. Average 144. Cal burn 709! Thankful Sunday is recovery day😉

Well, I really tried to crush this one. I’ve been out of my routine for almost two weeks; I haven’t been well and was diagnosed with ulcers earlier this week. I decided today I was getting back at it, and I must admit, I was a bit trepidatious when I saw today’s workout was 60 mins. I decided I would go ahead and start, and just listen to my body throughout. At minute 39, I started to feel light-headed and shake-y, so I decided I better stop. I’m going to try to finish the last 20 minutes later if I can. Thanks for another amazing workout, Sydney!

This was awesome. I wasn't feeling my best this morning but feeling pretty darn impressed with myself now! Felt strong in the strength and had endurance in the cardio. Great! My problems are still here but I'm proud I left it on my exercise mat (along with some sweat!). Going to try and carry these good vibes with me throughout the rest of my day. Honestly this has been a rough week, probably the roughest I have had in a long time. I have had very little sleep and if you are doing Sydney’s workouts daily you know we have done a lot of cardio this week! When I woke up this morning and saw this 60 minute workout posted I said to myself “oh heck naw”! But I have been committed to doing whatever Sydney post daily and have only missed one maybe two days since March! I guess I’m afraid if I give myself a break I will want to do it again and I know that what I’m doing is working! Thank you Sydney for challenging us I’ll admit that last cardio I did say “no way Jose” and I opted for the punching jumping jacks instead! 😂

Stretching is so important! And Tightening your core during the moves. During this workout, (17th minute) sadly I hurt my hip and have lower back pain. I'm under 40. I'll never skip Sundays stretching video again. Once I'm healed I will definitely get back to daily workouts with Syndey!
