I would call that a perfect routine. Also a "Best of." If anyone wants an easier-to-learn advanced class, I suggest this one since it incorporates moves Chris uses frequently. My only distraction was Michael telling us to just keep moving and don't worry about choreography, on top of Chris' cues, preventing me from hearing the choreography. I LIKE learning the steps, and don't want to just dance around doing my own thing. So maybe there's a way for guests to chat during the breaks, but not over Chris' instructions? Anyway, the joy was radiating out of this video. What Michael does best is make Chris happy. I mean, she was laughing and smiling non-stop, and that definitely gives me energy, so Michael thank you for that!!

So, I have started challenging myself to learn the more advanced routines once a week (usually Saturday)... I find the first time is just learning, I will stop it to learn the move and then keep going. I have learned so much using that method but yeah it takes a little longer to get through that workout but worth it to learn it correctly. My learning curve has shortened so much as I do the next advanced workout...
