Hi would not suggest that you try a workout like this everyday unless you have the lower body conditioning. What does your current training schedule look like?

Like your videos but I think an hour of mostly jumping rope is not a healthy or good idea as it could cause knee/back issues, possibly shin splits and is just too high impact for such a long time.

Is it what you think or has it been verified. It’s all about finding your fitness level. When I started jumping rope with Winter I couldn’t last for 30 minutes but now I can last for an hour and my knees are a lot stronger now

@@nnekaamogu6400 60 minutes of jumping rope is a mistake; the knee/foot pounding over an extended period of time, like months, will likely lead to significant injuries.

These are advanced jump rope endurance workouts that take time to build up the lower body condition to complete as you can see from the comment below. Like any endurance training, you need to prepare your body over time. Of course, this workout is not suitable for everyone but neither is asking someone to run 20K off the bat who doesn't have the right conditioning. We create a range of workouts and always say to regress where needed. Perhaps you like the format of this workout but can't complete all the rounds on your first attempt that is okay. You can work your way up over time. Did you know that I am doing a 10-minute LIVE beginner workout Tuesday, Jan 30 here on KZbin? Why don't you come and join me for that instead?
