Good Morning! I think this is new for me and just what I needed today! Yoga helps my body so much! My arthritic knees and hips just feel better and more malleable! I’m adding some water aerobics too and that feels so good! I loved todays practice! Going to keep it fast forward! Thank you , as always, for a lovely practice! I carry this amazing feeling all day! Thank you 🙏 during covid I discovered Yoga ( pre-covid Yoga for me was just a form of exercise but boy oh boy that perception has changed now) in its true sense and since I’ve fallen head over heels in love with Yoga 😇 I love to spend a good chunk of my evening time on my mat just flowing through the poses and sweating out 🥰 true bliss ! Good morning Fiona dearest, this is undoubtedly our favorite Monday flow! As everything seems so stiff and rigid on Monday mornings, the lizard cat-cows and hip circles seems to help ease and 'oil' the joints - big and small - just right! Arrow head my favorite! I have never enjoyed pyramid but it seems to address just what it needs to! Your calm, steady explanations and giving back ground info of poses and why they are good for that specific area are most appreciated and informative. You are a most graceful and poised instructor and you have become part of our household! Thank you for taking the edge off in these super challenging times! Warmth and health be yours!

Two Birds Yoga I try. I suffer from terrible anxiety and yoga helps me to not feel like I am always falling down the rabbit hole. Your classes help start my day. They help me to breathe and stay strong and present. I am always grateful. I am excited for the classes!!

Also, until your classes my husband would never do yoga--or rarely. I am a long time yogi, an sometimes instructor and have been practicing since high school as my spiritual act. Your flows manage to awaken all aspects: mind body and spirit. And, now my husband is a yogi too--thanks to you.

Thank you very much indeed for this lesson, you've taught me something fundamental here, took me by surprise: As I'm finding it hard to flow faster without losing good alignment, I got impatient, my mind wandered to what I could do "instead", until your structure invited me to go from one of the Asana I'm learning & practicing at the momennt to the next, half-timing your pace, concentrating on what comes next, always three to four breaths for exploring what is possible today, I realised I was very grateful for these stepping stones you placed before me, your "...meet all up in DownwardDog...", it was a perfect evening lesson. Thank you so much, really! 🙏🏻❤️

I think in these kinds of classes, it’s less about alignment and more about your felt experience and flow. Presence in each breath and moment, sensing how your body wants to move. I love how you find these moments in every class. It’s an authentic version of the practice. I’m just a guide… the backup dancer :-) 🙏😊

Nice flow and pacing. I generally am slower in an average class, but this was a very accessible one-breath-one-movement class. Good cuing as always to keep abs firm, collarbones bright, and look forward in a half lift.

Two Birds Yoga, it varies by State. North Carolina has not yet opened gyms. Some YMCAs and yoga studios are doing various outside classes, though.

This is a gentle flowing vinyasa class. If you’d like to concentrate on upper body strength and in particular toning, you might like the yoga conditioning classes? There’s no advanced postures... it’s all accessible.... start where you are... do what you can and build up. Xx
