Join Flo for this slow Breathe and Flow yoga class! But don't get fooled, this is not an easy class but instead a strong vinyasa flow. We're holding poses for at least five breaths, sometimes even over one minute. This allows to really enjoy each shape the body is in, connect to the subtleness of the physical and really breathe deeply, fully focused while you're in each shape.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. woah this class kicked my butt and I loved it! I was disappointed in my self when I kept falling out of the poses many times but my set intention was self-love so I continued to remind myself that it's ok and to push through

"You are not smarter than your body" wise words. I feel like slowing down let me really explore my drishti (focus) more and really feel all the muscles I use for each pose, especially the balancing postures. Thank you for a great class 🙏🏻

I remember doing this class for the first time about a year and a half ago, maybe two years. I kept falling out of poses and I was mad at Flo for talking so much. Today, for the first time after practicing so much for the past two years, I did this class to the fullest, kept my cool, smiled in all the places that I'd get mad before and finished calm and grateful. There's really nothing else like yoga in this world!

Didn't get fooled at all! He's not wearing all black so i suspected something... Great flow, thanks for it. For me, holding long poses it's one of the best ways to train the mind and keep focusing on the breath. Best wishes for your travels, keep safe.

Hi Flo, thanks for your lesson, I really love this one! I come often to your channel and enjoy your classes, they are perfect in many ways. If I may give you only one suggestion for improving your classes, I would ask you to just give the instructions without the typical yoga classes talk, which I find distractive. They activate my thinking instead of strengthening my concentration on the posture. I hope I didn't offend you. Thanks again for a wonderful lesson! ❤

I absolutely love this class! It forces me to really focus on my breath instead of waiting for the pose to end (which is usually what I do when the flow is more fast). More of this would be amazing! Namaste

This killlleeeddd thank you so much Flo! I have been watching your videos for about a year now, recently getting into these longer classes and I absolutely love it. I'm not new to yoga, my mother was a yoga teacher back in the day, but I am so grateful to have found your channel and start practicing more regularly. I've got a knee problem and some weak ankles from sports injuries and the stability poses here are really wonderful. Will def keep this one in my back pocket to improve on, keep up the great work 😍

I am looking for strong and slow flow for quite long to build strength and gain tranquility. Your flow gives me those and I am thankful for that. small note: sometimes I want to stay more in my present, not our present, which requires more silence. Your script is beautifully and meaningful to hold me calm but you are also just great when you give me some more quiet space.

It’s all good. I like your videos a lot and your presentation is great. This slow powerful flow doesn’t exhaust me, no rush and so ever. I can feel so much positive energy in you that you are transmitting to us. The only thing is that there is not much of a core work for belly and press. Please introduce some of them and include it into practice. I mean more core work like that one in hotel in Austria. Thank you so much for your classes 🙏🏻☯️🧘🏼‍♂️

This was awesome! Brutal! Very humbling! Haha! I looked like Superman flying through the air drunk as I was trying to balance the warrior 3 pose! I’m going to need to practice more. Thanks Flow. Sometimes endurance flows feel like mean punishment but like others have said, you chill voice and non-rushed, casual instruction carries me through. I especially like your leg transition explanations. Although you have really long legs i can usually get the gist of where to put mine. The 45 min of strong active stuff absolutely flew by. I only took a couple modifications because of old injury. (Switching to Elbow side plank half through the hold, etc) AND i feel almost yin-meditative!

Loving all this content flo. I’ve been doing all your videos on here and Patreon since around March everyday and recently finishing off at the end with your pulse playlist.I do that Monday to Friday since the beginning when they were first uploaded, followed by your guided meditations at the end. on the weeknds I do the restorative ones and your recent movement and mobility practice. I have to say I’m in the best physical and mental shape of my life and it’s thanks to you and bre. My goal is to one day be able to practice with you 2 at one of your retreats when This crazy world gets back to some sort of normality. One thing I would perhaps like you to do, if you can? is the wim hof breathing technique with the 30 breathes or so in and out and then hold, I know you have one up already but would like to follow along to a deeper one if possible where the breathe is held for several minutes. Just a personal request, and no problem if it can’t be done. I appreciate you 2 and look forward to more content in the new year. Have a good Xmas and all the best for 2021. Namaste. 🧘‍♂️

thanks for practicing with us! since everyone has different capacities of breath hold, we do it for the length in the video you mentioned. if you want to hold longer then go for it. after doing the video a few times you know how to breathe and you can do 3-5 rounds with as long holds as you like outside of the video. that is what we do too.

Thanks so much for this great class, which I did directly after going out for a run. I liked staying in the pose for a bit longer, allowing me to get more in a meditative state during the strong poses, will try to see if I can also do this in faster variations.
