I've been getting back into fitness recently, and this one is challenging me ! It has become my first goal : being able to finish this workout ! So far I've only been able to get to the 30 minute mark (and getting breaks in between sets as well), but I know I'll get better ! when you were going on about biceps burning, all i felt were my hamstrings and glutes!! this was a toughie, admittedly i've had too much wine this week but i definitely had to pause for breaks and let the burn dissipate a little before continuing! will totally save this workout, will be a great one to judge progress. thanks for putting out such great content!

I loved this practice!! I could feel myself getting stronger. I was searching for workouts that involved weights but I am not really into gyms. I usually practice yoga at home, this is exactly what I need and today was my third practice w her. I'll be sticking to this channel for good time now.

No breath cues. Really tough to follow and keep good form. Felt more like Pilates than yoga. Which is fine but the title is a bit confusing. Thanks for the video though! :)

Extremely hard to follow along. Had to pause every few minutes because I could barely follow and if I did, I had very poor form. Maybe you can break it down into smaller sets?

This is definitely a more intermediate / advanced practice, but I try to communicate that you can take breaks whenever needed in my classes!

It makes it hard to follow through, if you say we’re done after pulses and then add another thing to the sequence. Please stick to what you’re ‚promising‘. Otherwise really challenging! I can’t do it without drinking breaks in between though.
