I just watched "the 7 fruits diabetics should avoid"...... he said..... ,"no eat grape." I click on you video...... "#2 eat grape." Too.funny if ya ask me. Opposite guidance. I believe that certain types of those fruits may be ok as a different variety may be more sugary

@steelerbob1383 LMAO! I would say.. .. do not eat the grapes. Not because of the conflicting info between the 2 videos, but because they really are too sweet. I used to use them when I wanted dessert 🍨. It was sweet enough to be the substitute for dessert. If we have pre-diabetes or type 1 or 2, then it is not worth the potential consequences that go along with it. If you can find a book called, "What should I eat? To reverse type 2 diabetes -Lose Weight and live a healthier Life" by Rick Mystrom., it really breaks it all down in an understandable way. I lost 40 lbs over a year. If I estnjust fruit, I feel great. I mainly eat: •CANTALOUPE • BLACKBERRIES •RED RASPBERRIES •BLUEBERRIES •GRANNY SMITH APPLES -small ones I test my blood Glucose before, 30 minutes after eating, 1 hour after eating, and then 1.5 hours later. By doing so, I can see what each food does to my blood sugars. And I eat at least 1 cup of food 1 to 3 times per day. With just fruit, I don't get hungry much. I do alot of fasting also, daily and sometimes 2 days in a row. Not sure if it's dangerous or not yet, but I am being a guinea pig to figure it out. To our health.
