Hello everyone!!! Welcome to this first video of the 7-day challenge to define your abs and lose weight and abdominal fat with exercises created by Victoria's Secrets models' personal trainer Justin Gelband!
I've been working out 2-3 times a week for 3 months now with Justing Gelband's workouts on his JG by Justing Gelband app and my body has sculpted and toned like never before 😱
👉🏻 the challenge is simple:
~ 5 exercises per leg
~ 12-15 repetitions each exercise
~ no breaks between exercises and between sets
The exercises last about 10 minutes and are specific to the abs and the so-called "core"
🫡 It is important to have the right posture:
👉🏻 always keep your knees bent 5 degrees
👉🏻 never block the movements
👉🏻 use your abs to move around
🫶🏻 all of Justin's exercises incorporate functional movements, pilates and exercises he created!
These are new workouts that many of us have never tried before so I recommend starting slow and feeling your body completely
