These are the words I need to hear right now. Since 2022 I was experiencing a sort of melancholy, and I stopped my phisical activities. Now I feel better, my doctor helped, and I feel ready to start again.

It's great to see you feeling better. I have used quite few of your videos for my daily exercises as part of my weight loss journey. So far 30lbs down and lovin it. A lot of credit goes to you for making exercise videos that are approachable and doable. My many thanks !!!!🙂🙂🙂🙂

​@@fabulous50sThank you. I'm 61 and at 5 ft 2 inches at 186 lbs I was miserable. Started fasting, changed to better eating habits, and 30 min treadmill with your exercises have been a miracle. I still have more to loose. I am at 155 lbs but I have faith in me. Thanks again. 😀😀😀😀

I'm recovering from some " mystery" crud...not Covid which I survived last yr ...started very slow and hoping to increase each day . I'm learning that gentle is best with rest to rebuild . Glad you're better .

Schellea, I am literally sobbing as I am typing cause this just popped up today. I am on my 5th day of Covid Meds, and feel like my body has been through a wringer. So much pain and weakness, I get walk in place for couple mins then lie down. And repeat. I still have 5 days of quarantine left and hopefully by the end of it I’ll be ready for your challenge. I feel like you are an angel sent to us at the exact right time. Everything you said resonated with me. God bless you and wishing you a speedy recovery. ❤🤗

I have a lower lumber disintigration and its up and down with me. Last week it was that painful i could not walk for 2 days. I want to get back into it but its fear. I am so glad you have done this. Thank you thank you. ❤❤❤

When I get Covid I can't work out for a good month. So hang in there, i start back slowly like walking after a month. You know when you can start back, the short of breath takes a while to get over so you have to wait it out. I normally exercise with 20 min step aerobics and moderate weights 4 days and walk my dog twice a day, so it's not like i wasn't working out, it's just that hard on a 56 year old gal. But eventually I get back and know when i get Covid again I will have to rest again so I can recover. And start slow. Everyday you are getting stronger!❤

Thanks for this. I definitely needed it. I often charge into a workout and then I'm wiped out afterwards. My left knee has been giving me a lot of problems and recently had intestinal pain and cramping.

Same here. I didn’t even realize I’d had it, but I’m having the same or similar after effects as many others. Still in the “can’t exercise” phase. Hope it ends soon! I’m so far behind on everything. It messed with my hormones too, I think, as I’ve had some hair loss issues. Can’t blame menopause, because I’ve been there. Done that. Years ago.😅

It definitely is for some. But she did say that upfront there. She said to test yourself by doing a bit of housework first, and that would tell you if you’re ready to begin.
