Katiye, it's kind of complicated and simple at the same time. You need 2 cameras. One camera recording you as usual and the other (my smart phone) recording the sheets you are talking about. Then you merge the 2 video files together during editing as overlay video (one on top of the other). Your editing software should have that functionality. But the two videos have to be well aligned i.e synced together. You strip away the audio of the smart phone file leaving the audio of your main camera to do the talking. Hopefully you got the gist of this exercise...
@drjoetvMD3 жыл бұрын
The magic happens with editing. It's fun and can be a little frustrating if you don't sync the 2 files properly. Get the syncing right and you are well on your way

Question---more people eat shell fish like shrimp than oysters. What amount of shrimp would be a good supply of zinc? Also can you provide what constitutes a "serving size". For example how much chick peas would make a good serving? How many ounces of pumpkin seeds make a "serving"? A palm full---or 1/4 cup? How much dark chocolate? 1/16th of a bar of dark chocolate twice a week? Any suggestions would be quite helpful. Thank you.

@drjoetvMD4 жыл бұрын
It depends on how much of GMO foods you are eating. If you are eating a lot, then may not be such a good idea. Having said that, we all end up eating GMO foods of one type or the other anyway. I bought an avocado the other day that took nearly 2 weeks to ripen. That's not normal. That's certainly a GMO avocado. Sometimes they are all that is available in the store. So unavoidable. Don't fret too much about it. Just reduce the amount coming your way

@BusterABrown4 жыл бұрын
@@drjoetvMD My cacao nibs are one thing I always get organic. I eat around six tablespoons every other day. Recipe for today: 2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt, 3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric and black pepper in a 16 to 1 ratio, 3 grams of ground ginger, 6 grams of ground spirulina powder, 6 grams of beet powder and 2 grams of cinnamon with the ground cacao nibs. And I added about 6 grams of cacao powder and a tiny bit of cayenne pepper. Everything was organic.
