My day two of doing this along with u was today and I was joined by Buddha to my right and Krishna right in front of me. The three of us formed a triangle. It was interesting but I couldn't do the Plow, yesterday I managed....Lol!!!

I have been doing the flow practice every day in different lengths from 7min to 60 minutes for 3½ weeks now and I feel like a million dollars. I'm 54 and this is a game changer for me.

@@aijokkerI can tell you that it worked for me. I was about 16 at the time I started his workouts, at age 21 I was at amazing shape, all natural. Now this mental and longevity focus of his has me going in the same direction. Hope it worked/ will work for you as well man!

The fact that you can reduce an hour of flow training to 7 minutes and still include the 2 exercises that I was most likely to avoid/replace (double knee to chest and plow) really tells me something about my perception. Thank you for the reminder and the workouts in general. Gotta stay focused

Yes! I watched your video about waking up your body every morning and calming your body every night, and I already had a night routine to sleep better, but I didn't have a morning routine that would include moving my body. This is a wonderful, concrete video that teaches what I could do and I'll build my routine around this. Thank you so much for sharing! Also, thank you for keeping your shirt on for this so I don't need to hear jokes from my boyfriend. :)

A very good exercise for a normal healthy person. This will definitely keep him/her fit. If done with the same speed /intensity shown in video, it really tests one's stamina.

The same kind of package that used to be done by our elders and it's a shame on us that how deep knowledge they provided to us but we couldn't maintain it. I can now feel the impact of this bunch when I started to do some yoga.

Every morning, I do Stretching,Strength and Cardio training before breakfast. I might just as well add this to the whole workout.

Nice quick one . Helps with everything. Get that feeling and mood... I'd work out to stop being overwhelmed by my current position on life. Stress coming on work out or breath deep. Great to start meditation with out drugs and any belief system . I do it again...

Doing this 7minutes now for more than a month every morning. Soon I'll advance to the 27min program. Thank you for your well rounded lessons and that the different length videos. They make it much easier to start. With only 60minutes from the beginning I would have failed for sure.

Thank you for this ! I feel anxious about exercise because I wiggle and jiggle everywhere but this felt soothing to do, weird because I'm literally jumping and flapping around in this one but it felt like my body needed this sequence

Holy COW 🐄! I just did this as a warmup before a light weightlifting session and I was surprised at how strenuous this 7-minute workout was. The hopping was harder than I expected, l couldn’t keep up with the burpees, and I simply couldn’t do the plow at all. I watched the video before coming to the gym so that I could learn the exercises and it didn’t look 👀 so hard from my 💺 seat! New subscriber here in Taiwan 🇹🇼. I’ll be doing more of your routines as I build up to them.

I’ve been doing this routine as my warmup before weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ and now in a somewhat modified form on my Bellicon rebounder. It’s wonderful and I’m looking forward to more of your videos.

Hi Mike I am new to your channel and I've become a big fan. This video especially is made so professionally with a perfect voice over and the lovely gong sounds. It is so calming and helpful with all the camera angles. I do this routine almost everyday and it has helped my emotional and mental state. I especially appreciate the Qigong parts.
