Just starting a fitness routine after many years of nothing and depression plus emotional overeating. I have done the mental and emotional healing. So now it is time for the physical. Started at 282 lbs on a 5'10" frame. I am now at 277. So I have a long way to go. but it's a start. This exercise along with your others as I build my strength, will definitely help. Thank you so much for sharing them!
