I am kind of late, but I've just started doing this workout and I wanna share everything with you to hopefully help at least one person. I am 163 cm tall and my weight is 64 kg. I am pretty unfit, although I do exercise sometimes, but I just lose motivation very quickly. So I am kind of familiar with working out, just so you know. As I'm writing this, I'm only at day two, but I can already tell you that I am loving this. I don't know what my results are gonna be, but I am not expecting anything crazy in just a week. The most important thing to me is how I'm feeling and am I seeing any little change to motivate me. Check the updates for each day now (I've done the workout twice a day, every day except the first) : DAY 1 - Wow this was A WORKOUT. I am covered in sweat, but feeling great. The moves are really not that hard, I could follow her nicely. But I do feel like I've completed a hard workout and my legs hurt already. DAY 2 - Definitely feeling sore from yesterday. The workout felt the same, not easier, but not harder. Again, feeling great. DAY 3 - Oh boy, I am really sore today not gonna lie, it hurts like hell. But I was still able to do it. Stay tuned.

WOW, I am out of shape and have nerve damage in my right leg, as well as poor circulation. Doing these 7 minute work-outs in the morning and evening is really making a difference in how I feel. It's even helping with the painful nerve damage. It gets the heart rate up, but in a good way, not in a way that makes me want to quit. Thank you so much for producing these easy but impactful standing exercises.

Yay high five ✋ , came here to do the stretches after doing other 3 videos of 7 minutes workouts and one of gym ball march challenge! Im literally sweating through my eyes🤣🤣 anyone who’s reading this comments plz try lucy’s workouts i know u will love them as much as i do most of other trainers online they dont bother to put two images in one video or dont even bother to talk to u and chat with u! I came across lucy’s channel from @annasaccone for more than two years now and i’ve been doing whatever i find beneficial in her chanel i can literally keep scrolling down and always there is a new workout and a new routine for u. Thank u again Lucy for ur hard hard work i know how hard it is to edit these videos with two side images and voice over! Thank u for being so kind and ur dedication towards us. U deserve a countless number of appreciative followers and likes and shares!

This is the first workout I have done since a subarachnoid haemorrhage in November 2020 (I'm pretty sure I did your workout daily during the first lockdown, although I can't remember!). My physio told me that cardiovascular exercise would really help my balance problems, but I was (a) not convinced and (b) scared!). On a whim I decided to do this workout after work today .... and I'm so pleased I did! I found it quite hard but very enjoyable, and I felt so motivated by your guidance throughout! I honestly think this is something I will be able to manage every day, and even look forward to - so a big THANK YOU!

This workout is quite amazing, I've been doing it for a while now and weighed myself the other day and I've lost just over four kilo's! For years I've been trying to shed a few kilograms, without success and with your help I've finally managed to. Thanks so much Lucy!

Hi. I've started this workout today. I am completely out of shape and weigh around 80kg. I was around 90kg last year and reduced around 10kg just by controlled diet. But for the last month or 2 I am stuck at 80kg without any changes. I am starting with this workout with my fingers crossed. I hope I see some changes before I lose my motivation again.

Give it a month, it took me a month to see results. Do not get caught up on your weight because most people will weigh in heavier then they look because of their muscle mask. With me, it is the look I am going after of - not the weight. I do not want to be slim but I love my hips & thighs.

This workout has given me hope! I've had a battle with consistency for quite a while.. And now I'm publicly committing myself to consistently do this for 7 days without being attached to results! I'm doing this in evening so I'll get tired & sleep early.. Day 1 done.. All the below comments & motivation is going to help me get through Day 7..! I'm not going to measure my body & get too attached to results..But when there is a difference I'll know it! 😍 My goal is consistency in fitness workouts & I'm going to win it! Lucy's workouts are definitely motivating especially for beginners! 😊 Happy Fittest New year ahead to Lucy & Lucy's squad here..! ❤️

Update : I failed the first attempt & stopped after 2 days.. 2nd time I was so determined & successfully completed. I can vouch for increase in stamina & fitness levels. Couple of days before this workout I was walking around a mall & my legs & thighs started aching within few steps. I had a sedentary lifestyle working from home on laptop..Once I finished this workout.. I happened to walk a distance somewhere & was surprised how I was able to walk without feeling tired! And not just that. I once first attempted slimming your waist workout before doing this..I was not even for once was able to do the the 3rd workout in where we need to crawl of floor with hands & then stand up.. But when I started with that workout again after completing this.. I couldn't believe myself.. I was able to do not just that particular exercise fully for 60 secs but all exercises in that video fully! And my arms were visibly toned. I could feel the results already. ❤️ Thanks a lot Lucy.. I'm on my journey to getting fitter!

Love your exercises! I’m not too much a sporty kind but your exercises are just right for me - not too harsh, not too long (this is very important to fit in the schedule of a mom) but very effective in burning fats! I have been doing your exercises for 5 days and almost lost an inch around my belly without being on a diet! Feel so much healthier, too! Thanks, Lucy!

Yes! I’ve just finished day seven of the drop a dress size workout so I’m going to start that one tomorrow! 😃 Day one: done! It was actually fairly easy, even if I was doing intermidiate, so I’m super proud of myself!

@Grace Livesey I actually switched to the loosing 1 to 2 inches off your waist 7 min 7 day challenge because this one was too easy. I have just finished it yesterday (I mixed it all week with the 7 min ab/arm workout). I just started the "lose the muffin top" challenge and it is a tough one! Tomorrow will be my day 2! I'm mixing it this week with the ten minute toning exercise video (the one with the ballerina moves) !

Day 4. Also doing 3 min arm workout. I’m doing both of every day even though I’ve been busy with DIY last two days. First time I’ve managed to get past two days of any exercise routine. Need to work on diet now. 🤔
