Hi Lucy i want to thank you so much!!!😊 I've been doing your 7minute workouts mixing them up and working out 7 days a week. I have tried other KZbin workouts and they have been a bit dull and had me unmotivated to workout plus I'm not a fan of getting down on the floor and doing ab workouts. the other fitness youtubers that i workout to is Hana Milly, emi wong and chole ting but no matter who i workout to yours is a favorite of mines and I'm always in a good mood and have a smile😊 on my face. I'm always looking forward to working out to your workouts. Coming from someone like me who don't like working out at all. I'm now starting to see some changes in my inner thighs and my arms, my stomach is taking a bit longer to tone up and i can see a little definition in my stomach and I have to work on my eating habits especially when it comes to eating sweets 😔 I found your channel about a month ago and I was trying every fitness you tuber workouts but yours stand out. Was a bit sceptical at first saying to myself that is it possible to workout in 7 mins and get result and i was only doing the beginners workout and let me tell ya when I started the workout i was literally sweating. first week was a challenge and was also fun🙆 as well and i wasn't bored. Thank goodness!!!😉 I highly recommend your workouts to anyone who is looking for something that is fun, challenging and will give results. I am finally back doing excercise.I do your workout but not regularly.Usually 1 week I don't workout due to periods.Last I completed your 2 weeks summer body and after that just here and there.Your workouts are amazing.I am gaining weight constantly during this workout due to staying at home.Hope I will do it continously but consistency is the main issue.

Your workouts are great. I don't feel drained and exhausted after them which was something other workouts were causing. I am trying to do your workouts twice a day if I can but so far have managed to do 7 minute workouts two days straight. I can see myself sticking to your routines which is what makes these so effective

Lucy, I just finished doing the 4 weeks of the beginners workouts you just recently posted. Over the last month I've seriously built some muscle! I thought I was quite fit. Just finished my 1st one of this workout. You busted my butt girl! I still have a long way to go. However there's no way in hell I would have been able to finish this workout even a month ago. I probably would have quit as soon as you brought out the jump squats tbh. But I finished the whole thing. I shall return tomorrow :)

OMG, Lucy! I have to reiterate what everyone else is saying. So jazzed for this new workout after training with you every day for the past month. Started the workout, thinking “oh, yeah, new challenge!” I see your move and think “OMGWTF!” Then, you say “It’s as simple as that.” Okay, I trust you, Lucy. You coached me through every other of your workouts, many of which I began with those same doubts and ended with “I did this. I am stronger.” By the end of this week, I’ll say the same thing. Either that or the cats will enjoy lying down on me when I’m dead on my floor. 🤪
