Im trying this for 7 days with updates. I have chronic issues with one of my legs but hoping this will help me. Plz like to remind and motivate me. 💪☺ Day 1- started to sweat at 7 mins, by the end had sweat all over but felt great Day2- felt like the 20 minutes blew by so quickly this time, had more energy and no pain, noticed my legs and sholder feel toner Day3- stomach felt flatter, arms looked stronger and my face looked slimmer Then I fell off🙁 but I'm back at it and adding jump rope to my work outs. Plz like to remind me and motivate me thx Day 1- sweated so much Day 2- arms looked toner and I was less out of breath Day 3- legs felt so much stronger will weigh after 7 days of working out Day 4-

@@sherrys2827 I forgot to update I did it for 7 days and did alternating running in place or jump rope in between the work outs and it is super amazing, burned lots of calories and my stomach is much flatter now and my arms smaller. Gained weight from recently having a baby. I do it every other day now. Thanks Lucy!!!

I used to exercise when I was young and into my 23rd birthday, till got pregnant.... 3 kids later and a whole 20 years later, I am depressed and wishing I had never stopped. But good news... You already helped me a lot with your cardio for arms but this one even better because I can do my arms , belly and legs at once!! I struggle with upper back pain, My body was used to exercise and staying idle as I waited to completely heal was killing me. I so thank God I found you. This is week 2 of me doing your workouts and my back and body have greatly improved. The low impact and toning are exactly what I needed. Keep doing what you are doing!

I'm going to update everyday for 7 days so I can see my progress and keep my motivation but before I gotta tell you something: thank you veeery much for this workout. With the quarantine and boredom I thought that I would use all that free time to lose weight and exercise instead of laying on my bed all day. Your work is neither too easy or too hard while it's still challenging for me. You're a very good coach cause I didn't see the time pass and your exercises are funny and I don't have the time too think about giving up. Thank you very much! Day 1: It was a little hard but I never wanted to give up. I took all the easiest exercises but during the 30 secs I always ran instead of walking. I have to work on my arms though cause I'm not careful I tend to focus on my legs more. Also I new that I wasn't doing the movements fully (didn't stretch my leg far enough ect) so I'm gonna be more careful about that tomorrow. Day 2: it was a liiitle bit harder at 3/4 I wanted it to end but I knew that it was only in my head so I kept going Day 3: Today was a little bit harder maybe because i'm a little sore but it's alright

Starting my journey with lucy! I will do this exercise everyday and I'm on a healthy diet ( 1000 calories) avoiding artificial foods. Current weight : 83 kg Day 1: Done! Did this after my breakfast. I just love this workout. Sweating real hard. Day 4: Done! I can feel lil bit changes. Weight : 81kg. Day 6: Done! Weight : 80kg

Thank you so much for your videos!! I have never been a fan of going to the gym or using any equipment. However I always found it very difficult to workout by myself at home. I started searching for videos online and that's when I came across your videos. I started off by doing the 7 minutes videos, and then progressed to the longer ones.Now it's been almost 2 months and I try to do 2 to 3 videos a day. I did this for the first time yesterday, I’ve never done any of your 20 minute workouts as I normally just do a combination of the 7 minute ones but I loved this and came back to do it again today. I do the pear, belly and leg one after and always feel amazing all day! These workouts have helped me to lose nearly 2 stone and I couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to the new ones ☺️ xx

As an older adult and someone with a 98 yr old mother; all movement works, you may have to change the time, length of workout, add some wts for resistance, but all workout works your body size, muscle tone and disposition will show it. As you age you loose so many cells that you can’t get back..aches and pains seem to come out of the woodwork...but just that little bit of exercise works wonders. If I can do, my mom can do it, you can too. Later on that day when you are winding down and go to stretch you feel just a little bit better that day. So smile and get to work!

On day 22 of my own "working out every day for a year" challenge. My legs feel and look more toned, I have more energy and I'm just getting up and exercising straight away. Good afternoon Lucy, just did full body 20 min workout ( 1 year old video). I’m a bit stiff today, and my hip is a bit painful, but still did it all ( not the burpees today!!). Thanks. Have a wonderful Wednesday afternoon. 😃

I love all of your workouts. I look forward to your new workouts but I always go back and do older workouts like this one. I like the short workouts if I only have a short time to workout but the longer workouts are great when I have more time. Thank you, for making exercise fun. Your walking exercise videos are wonderful outside and in beautiful locations. It is great when the weather is not favorable to walking. Looking forward to your next workout.
