Great workout. Leg killer. This isn't a beginner work out by the way. Intermediate atleast.

I'm so happy to hear that you liked it! It's definitely going to burn while you're doing it and have a wonderful afterglow after. Thanks for your feedback on what level it is. Since there isn't really a standard for what's Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, I use my friend who is a workout novice as my guidepost for what level things are. If they can make it through a workout, I count it as Beginner level. Simple moves that are easy to follow but push your limits are counted as beginner. This workout is definitely on the top end of my beginner scale, for sure! Honestly though, I really do value your feedback so I can continue to gauge from this community what they count as Beginner vs. Intermediate as it's a pretty blurry line most of the time.
