I follow all this 7 habits. Started very late in life now at my 40s but I know nothing is too late, it is very helpful now...I feel like I could have started all this early in my life I could have been very successful...thank you so much to make me realize how much important it is to do❤🙏

I fortunate practicing/ following all habits daily. I have- waked 5 am,had warm water, Meditation,Deep Breathing & Pryor/प्रार्थना, listening Bhajan, Read & Wrote Shri Bhadwaga Gita two shlokwa, Gratitude to my mentor,my family and God and Brestfast after13 hours Fasting.

Yay, new content! Devika Ji, I have downloaded all your Hindi talks to listen to on my way to work! They are hugely helpful and I love how you often use multiple variations of the same sentence or say certain words in both English and Hindi, it makes it very seamless to understand and at the same time pick up on new ways to say something. Also I love to, at the same time, learn about Tratak, your view on conflict resolution and so much more. Perfect!
