I'm in a challenge group and on day 4 of the 21 day fix. However, I'm patiently awaiting my kit. Would this be a substitute for today's Pilates fix?

i really like this video...now i haven't found a video that addresses another area of the body .....is there a workout that gets rid of that "EXTRA ARMPIT TISSUE" on women that sticks out from the edge of the bra? it's the one that's on the front side of your body next to the breast, not the one under the pits that goes to the back looking like an upper back love handle. PLZ HELP!!!!

for that you need to do weight exercise. Go for ballet arm light weight exercise or tank top arm exercise. You see the results within 2 weeks. Hope this helps. :)
