I think it depends on the person. I have bpd & I block then unblock bc at the time I’m overwhelmed or hurt or anxious & need space. Then I feel bad bc I think I overreacted & then I miss you. It’s not always a malicious thing.

I do that too sometimes when I feel extremely triggered by a person because I am heavily traumatized. It's normal, it can happen sometimes. Don't take it personally that's it. Maybe they are either feeling overwhelmed or triggered by you is the ultimate reason behind it. Don't judge a person without hearing their side of the story. Don't blatantly think that they are a narcissist. Jumping to conclusions soon can lead you nowhere.

Someone told me:if I go You'll never more hear about me.As I let him go and blocked him he startet to change simcards to reach me with another (identity).This not only one time.That's the reason I don't pick unknowingly numbers what means sometimes I miss even important calles.This is even what the narcisist game is .We need to try harder to get to our points.
