The Outsider in Dishonored has some serious “I’m not mad, just disappointed” vibes. When you talk with him after eliminating a target non lethally he’s fascinated by your cleverness. If you just kill your target he seems bored

I have a theory that him giving Daud powers was him playing the long game: Outsider was bored, but also bored of being a god. If you harm your crew in any shape or form, miller/ocelot will tell you in the game over screen that, "Maybe you are not the big boss we hoped you to be" or something. Judge Magister Bergen from Final Fantasy XII would get my vote. He's a short-lived boss encounter from quite early in the game, but he has an incredible voice, an outstanding suit of armour, and a grandiose villain speech.

ICEY whenever you don’t do what the narrator wants. One of the things you can do (that unlocks an achievement) is standing there for 20 minutes in a hidden room in the sewers, where he starts making passive aggressive comments and goes from surprised, to annoyed, to angry and then to begging in that 20 minute time frame. It was glorious

Great list. I would suggest Sly Cooper 1 & 2. (Sly Racoon for all you Brits.) There is a safe in every level and you need all the clue bottles to open the safe. But if you try to open it without all the clues Bentley would say you still need them all. Even if you cheated and got all the combinations online, the safe wouldn’t open.

Yeah but I almost feel like that doesn’t count, because 80% of the game is doing things the narrator doesn’t like, as opposed to an easter egg if you do something wildly off script

In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, using Force Persuade to get more money from someone and having Bastila or Juhani in the party. They really weren't keen on me doing that and they made it clear to me every time I did it, and I did it at almost every opportunity. Except for that lady in Anchorhead. The Hitman 3 one happened to me. I was watching Grey talk to them and I was wandering around the room. I picked up that statue of the building and the two targets got mad at me and Grey cut the video. I felt so bad at how disappointed he was he didn't get to talk to them properly and the "well done" more showed just how "done" he was with 47 jumping the gun. I felt bad, but I also laughed because I wasn't really paying attention when I picked up the statue and didn't realize it would alarm the targets like that. I didn't mean to interrupt him, lol.

Quiplash reminded me of a game a teacher in college told me she bought and asked us if we knew about thinking it was up my street but I had no idea. Apparently she bought it for X-box 360 and the guy at the shop was like 'you sure you want to buy this?' and she said it's like a quiz but every question is incredibly surreal, every answer is wrong and the game constantly insults you. She couldn't remember the name and it's haunted me ever since. I can't find anything even remotely like it.

Fallout 4 is another game that grills you for making awful or immoral decisions. This method is the player having the option of bringing partners with you; partners being characters you meet along your journey throughout the commonwealth. Certain actions you make, affect your relationship with these characters; which would then cause these characters to either reprimand you for heinous acts like killing innocents or for making decisions that appear heroic or noble. Though every partner is different, which means they have different ideologies and morals that can make your interactions with them more dynamic based on choices you, the player, make. So some would find certain actions more morally just than others.

But unlike every other NPC in the game, he will brush it off and tell you "learn to master your emotions". You can feel just how much his disappointment fills his words as he uses it as a means to remind you that hurting NPCs is often a VERY bad decision in Soulsborne games.
