Nice video explaining us to express empathy to our customers. My ways of expressing empathy(A question asked in this video) 1) Try my best to give prompt follow up responses till we come to the point of solution(But I don't know how to deal many customer at a time, it may become hectic). 2) Showing formal and casual response as required. 3) We should also think and bring alternate solutions and request whether any of it solves their issues - sometimes this may provide a better solution then they are expecting. Please feel free to correct my ways of empathy...
