Hello Bro, good workout. I use the goji fitness watch to measure my calories burnt. I did the following workout: 300 rope skips × 5 (full intensity) 200 rope skips × 5 (full intensity) Heavy bag workout (10 mins × 3) At the end of the workout the watch indicated I have burnt about 1200 calories. Please do you think the watch is accurate? I weigh about 92kg with a height of about 1m83. Thanks

I love the rawness of the video in that you made mistakes jumping rope, also with the pistols and the toe touches, yet left it in the video and didn’t edit it. To me it shows us that imperfection is ok, and to keep going, which in my opinion, adds authenticity and humanness to this.

Dont’t mind me. This is just my diary. Current weight: 112kg. Goal: 90kg. Plan: 2200kcal diet + 5 times a week this workout + 10 minutes Tabata every day. Do this for 16 weeks. *Day 1:* Insufficient stamina, did only 3 sets. I will continue with 3 sets for 2 weeks before upping the sets. Diet on point. *Day 2:* 3 sets. In the 2nd circuit I did a full 1 minute rope skipping without tripping over it. 700kcal over (3 apples 1 can of beans) *Day 3:* 3 sets. Better posture, better form. 400kcal over (1 apple 1 can of beans, 2 dates) *Day 4:* 3 sets. Before breakfast is best time for me. 1500kcal over. *Day 5:* Rest Day. *Day 6* Rest Day *Day 7* First time I did 4 circuits. *DAY 8* First time I did 5 circuits. But I don't have proper form yet. Think I will improve circuit-wise until all 5 are properly workout out. *Month 1* I do 6 circuits 5 times a week by now. My current weight: 109kg. As soon as my weight hits 100kg I will up my circuits to 7.

Although, my legs hurt alot Day 2 ---------- Still my legs are hurting but I did my best and completed the workout and I ate only homemade food in less quantity Day 3--------- So jump rope dudes also say that we need to take a break day to let our muscles rest and also my legs were still hurting so I decided to take a break day Day 4------- I did the workout again and my legs just won't stop hurting!!! I pretended I didn't had any pain and did the workout Day 5-------- okay so I ate a small piece of chocolate and...yeah just did my normal diet and the workout my legs still hurt but only just a little bit Day 6----- this workout is getting allot easier I get barely out of my breath and also I know it's late but I started drinking 2 litres of water everyday and Im noticing some results I'm gonna tell it tomorrow Day 7------ so it's the last day I did the workout and for the results 🥁 🥁 🥁🥁 🥁 I didn't lose weight although my face looks alot thinner and the fat on my back has reduced and I think my arms are also a bit thinner I will also do this for another weak but I don't think anyone cares about this comment so I will not write about it here.

Hey! I want to be more consistent working out so I'm going to hold myself accountable writing down the days I do this, please someone like this so I can find the comment again 28/12 Wow I am so sweaty, this must work, it's super intense. I did 5 repetitions, plus a 1 hour walk. I'm going to do 10 minutes of stretching now! 29/12 I'm doing it rn! I have already done 3 repetitions. Let's see if I can do the entire 30 minutes today hahaha.. Update: I did it! I finished it completely! The first 3 repetitions were a LOT more intenses tho, I was too tired in the last two. I'm going to stretch now. 30/12 FINISHED! It was specially intense today, I had gone for a 50 minute walk before starting and I tried to do it with full intensity. I am SWEATING rn, and sooo red. I am going to do some deep stretching now, I don't want my legs to hurt tomorrow. 31/12 I went for a 1 hour walk today. I had to stop midway through because my phone died, so I decided to do 6 rounds instead of 5. I didn't have much time after it but I did some stretches. I'm probably going to be dead tomorrow, but this was a good way of saying goodbye to the year! 1/1 HAPPY NEW YEAR! We're starting off strong, 45 minute walk, the entire 5 reps and 20 minutes of stretching! One of my goals for this year is to get fit, basically to workout consistently, that's why I'm going to try to jump rope for 30 minutes 15 out of 31 days in January! I feel like I can do it even with school. I'll keep updating. Oh yes I forgot, my legs hurt so much after the workout, specially the tibialis anterior (yes I had to look that up). Felt better after stretching but it's nightime now and it's still quite sore. 2/1 Yayyyyy did it again today with 10 minutes of stretching. It hurts a lot now so I think my body is asking for a break. I won't jump tomorrow, even though i want to. I think it's better to rest one day than to rest 20 because I didn't know when to stop and got injured. 3/1 Rest day! Ugh my legs needed this. 4/1 Damnnnnnnnnnnn I didn't remember this being so hard!! The first 3 rounds were horrible and I wasn't really giving it my all bcause my legs hurt so much again, but I pushed through in the 4th and 5th rounds, I did more than 130 jumps per minute! I also went on a 50 minute walk, I'm going to do another workout now probably abs and of course some stretches after. 5/1 Kinda low intensity today because my legs couldn't take it!! I streched after. I'm kind of scared of getting injured but from what I read it's normal for your legs to hurt after doing repetitive movements like running or jumping. 6/1 YESSS it was super intense today, legs hurt a little too much. +50 minute walk, +10 minute stretch 7/1 Rest dayyy!! 8/1 50 minute walk, and the whole 30 minute workout! I tried to give my all but I wasn't THAT tired after being done! Progress? 9/1 Small walk around town plus this workout. Just realized yesterday was my 10th day doing it 👊 I feel extremely strong and like i lost some belly fat (i have a flat stomach but there's some fat there still). I'm on my period so it's extra hard to do but I did the thing anyway!! 10/1 I walked 10 000 steps, did this, an ab workout and some stretches!! I start school tomorrow but I'm going to keep going! 11/1 DAMN MY LGS AAAAG rest day!! I had a great first day of school btw 12/1 OKAY I'M DOING IT AND LET ME TELL YOU THE PAIN IS HERE TO STAY 😭 I'm not finished but I'm going to, I'm also going to stretch after this 13/1 REST DAY BC I FORGOT AAAAHH SCHOOL 14/1 I was feeling a little down today, and so i did 6 rounds instead of 5!!!! I feel a lot better now. I hope my legs are ok tomorrow, they still hurt, but I'm used to it now. It's so much easier now, I used to end up dripping wet! now I'm tired and sweaty but nothing compared to the first week or so. 15/1 DONE! It's kinda late here but I really didn't want to skip today's workout!! 30 minute walk + this + stretch 16/1 DONE! 17/1 DONE! 18/1 DONE! 19/1 DONE! 20/1 REST DAY! 21/1 DONE!!! I ACHIEVED MY GOAL YAYAYY 22/1 REST DAY! 23/1 REST DAY! (damn it school) 24/1 DONE! did it 6 times because the first one i kept getting interrupted hahaha I did it like 2 more times but forgot to update!!! Had a lot of exams and stopped for a couple days. Now it's february so I'm going to try to do 30 minutes for 15 days again!!!! I feel like doing this in January has helped with my body image, I'm pretty sure I lost fat. It helped me a lot when I was feeling more stressed, that's the main reason why I want to keep going. Normally with other type of workouts I get bored in the first 10 days, but with jump rope I'm always motivated. 1/2 DONE!! +10 minute ab wo btw i learnt a new trick! 2/2 DONE!! 3/2 REST DAY!! 4/2 REST DAY!! 5/2 DONE!! I also went for a 1 hour long walk with my family, I felt so energised and happy. Of course I also stretch every day I jump! To change it up a little and to make it a little bit more challenging I tried their Halle Berry routine, did it twice to complete the 30 minutes. 6/2 DONE!! Did it in the morning today, I didn't know when I was going to have time but I squeexed it between some other chores and felt amaxing afterwards ahh. By the way, I forgot to say that the HB routine was harder, so I'm going to keep doing that one!! I feel like it is more challenging, I was sweaty af when I finished it hahahaha. 7/2 DONE!!!!!!!! (HB ONE!) 8/2 DONE!!!!!!!! + AB WORKOUT I had NO time this week!!😭 14/2 DONE!! HB I’m dripping sweat omg my eyes are watering too 18/2 DONE!! 19/2 DONE!! 20/2 DONE!! 21/2 DONE!! 22/2 Did 15 minutes today, I didn’t have enough time!!!! 2.5 days left to complete the challenge 😉 23/2 DONE!!! 24/2 DONE!! 25/2 DONE!! YESSSSS I completed my goal for february. I've got sooooooooo many exams but I'm going to try to do the same thing for March!! 7/3 Feels soo good to be back. I missed jumping rope. I did HB's video 2 times, I'm going to stretch and maybe I'll do some abs? 8/3 DONE!!! I did some abs today!!! 9/3 DONE!! I’m fucking sore 🤣😭 10/3 DONE!! 11/3 Rest dayyy 16/3 ✅ DONEE

I feel like if I worked out my abs more I'd be able to get those two lines. My calves duuude they are sooo much more toned now. All off this while eating all the food I want. I don't weight myself, no idea of how much I lost in kg!

I jumped 200-300. For whole day I jumped almost 1000, like 900-1000. But I split it in 3times. At the morning I did 200-300 jumping rope. At the evening 200-300 jumping ropes also at the night I did 300 jumping ropes. 100 more I do if I have free time. Sometimes I add, another workout like 10reps sit up. 10reps push up. Plank as much as I can like 5sec HAHAHA. I ate rice but about my fist. Also dont skip protein and vegetables cz I need energy. I dont focus on weight digit, I only focus body size for example, If i could wear my old cloth agai. If I fit my old cloth thats mean I success lose my weight. I'm 20y/o. My height 159-161cm. My current weight is 68-70. I've been doing this for 2days. I hope I can reach my goal before start my new collage. Wish me luck and consistern. wishing u guys the best too. #sorryabtmyenglish huhuhu

Hey guys. Found yall's channel after I got a cheapo jump rope. Tried it out today and between beginner mistakes stepping on the rope and my general way-out-of-shapedness, I couldn't make it through an entire proper workout (maybe not even half way). Watched your video on beginner mistakes and it helped a lot. Toward the end of my "workout" I felt like I was starting to get it and I was jumping close to 30 times without getting it caught on my feet :) I definitely feel the difference in this and the treadmill! Ordered a nicer jump rope set from the cross rope store and will continue on this journey. Thanks for sharing your passion.

Unless you’re like over 250 pounds and you’re also skipping way faster than this guy, you’re NOT going to burn 700 calories in 30 mins, 60 minutes is more realistic .

Keng Fai Hui that’s coz you’re suppose to repeat the circuit 2-3 time xx :)
@Erin-xz2ng4 жыл бұрын
rose crowther yes and repeating it 3 times would be (not even) 30 mins... which is not enough to burn 700 calories unless you’re quite large

It's like the guitar, I know everyone today is after burning calories, but see what kinda co-ordination you build with skipping ropes. You learn patience, especially if you're a short-tempered person. Perfect workout. You look leaner, you enjoy and your legs get super strong, Remember your second heart is down there in your Calves. So I decided not to lose the momentum and just completed the whole workout without any rest. It felt like hell but after finishing it I was satisfied to the bottom of my heart. Just do the thing.
