I cannot believe the immediate relief I feel when I do these stretches!! I practice yoga daily and nothing compares to these stretches when I have a tender back - PJ you are now my Yoga Guru. Namaste 🙏🇦🇺🦘🇦🇺🌏

I did something to my back yesterday afternoon. Felt like sciatica and I couldn’t move. Advil barely touched the pain. I’ve been a member of PJs Patreon tribe for years but have fallen off the exercise wagon of late due to illness, injury and death in the family that derailed me. I keep trying to get back on the wagon but it’s times like this when I realize if I don’t exercise and stretch properly I’ll just injure myself worse by doing nothing. . After trying to figure out what to do, I searched PJ’s KZbin channel knowing she’d have something wonderful and I found this video. I just did it for the second time today and I’ve restored a good amount of movement without as much pain. Yes, PJ I will go to my doctor or ‘physio’ if not much better by the end of the week. 😜but for now thank you for having common sense stretching videos like this that is accessible to all. Love you.

I did this workout with my 4 year old grandson. Afterward as we were climbing the stairs he said it feels easier going upstairs. I smiled as he did the stretches as best he could and occasionally he said it hurts. Children need stretching too. I thought they were limber. This guy likes to run, climb and jump. I rooked him in by telling him this will help with his jumping. This workout was right on time for me because my back was acting up. I have done this workout everyday. Thanks!

This was so good.... after day in office . Can you think about doing legs streches? They are so painfull after sitting and even 4- km walk doesn't help.

I suffer from sciatica pain and last week I was ready to take myself to the ER it was so bad. You posted this the same day. I did it and I was back walking normal by the time I finished the video. I am THANKFUL. I told everyone I know and even strangers how much this video saved my week!!! Here I am doing it again a week later. This will be in my rotation and honestly has saved me soooo much pain. Thank you PJ. I love everything you post. I do your workouts every morning :)

Wonderful! What I liked most was the fact that you held the stretches long enough for them to be beneficial. It saddens me that others don't do that - even if it's a specific video that targets flexibility and mobility. I don't get it, but anyhoo, thank you P.J.

I don’t suffer any lower back pain or sciatica but really found this stretch routine relaxing for the lower back 👌🙏

very good-I'm doing those exercises from my PT. It's just a matter of doing them everyday.I do some of them in bed...thanks it was very good.
