I made the baked oatmeal at 1:30 with strawberries instead of raspberries and added 1/3 cup of ground flaxseed. It came out amazing and it's so healthy. I'm definitely making it again.

Yep same here, I live in Australia and all kind of berries (blue/rasp/black) are expensive as most of them are grown in the green house and strawberries are also, depends on seasonality but no cheaper than $2.50 for a small punnet of 10-12.

Made the Quinoa Fruit Salad. I never thought of adding Quinoa to fruit. But let me tell you, this is frickin' amazing!!! The combinations you guys use in your recipes is so unique but amazing. The raspberry bread looks very practical and delicious too. I'll try making it with some protein powder. You could make some ahead of when you need it too. Alright I made no. 2 the Banana Raspberry Baked oatmeal and it was delicious! Very happy with it. A few notes: I doubled the recipe and divided it into 4 servings. I did use half a scoop of vanilla protein powder. I made muffins with the dough instead of one big form. I forgot the honey and I would actually recommend not using it. It is plenty sweet without it, so you can ommit that extra sugar (might be because of the protein powder). Best breakfast and very practical for me.

I just made the " 2 Banana raspberry baked oatmeal 200 calories (4 serving)". The recipe calls for a 9 x 13 baking pan. I used a 9 x 13 baking pan and it is way to big. One benefit of the 9 x 13 pan , I got 12 servings ( each about 3 x 3 ) out of it. I used dried Cranberry's ( had them on hand ) in place of the raspberry's and it is quite good. It's also very filling , especially if you drink a large glass of water after one of them. lol.

For the egg salad sandwich, skip the mayo and mustard and add mashed avocado, diced red bell pepper, pickled red onions and a dash of cayenne pepper. Serve opened face on a slice of toasted wholegrain bread.

Nora ,here. my husband Manuel and i, have all these ingredient,s available in our cabinet and Fridge, Berries are a good price where we live, the frozen type. we buy close to over ripe, but not real over ripe banana,s and freeze them for smoothies, we get them at a reduced price from our produce store. You should add onion, garlic, fresh mint, parsley, and some baking powder to the zucchini fritters. A bit of cheese would really make it taste good but that would obviously increase the calories.

I know what you mean, but in my opinion a few recipes are not enough. Have you tried ketogenic diet? It really works. I lost a stone in about 2 months. It's about consuming more fat, less protein and only 30 grams of carbohydrates a day. If you like bread, potatoes, rice etc it's not easy but it worth the try. Another good diet is paleo or caveman diet. That is also reduced carbs and more protein but in this one you cannot eat that much fat. Anyway, depending on your age you can always lose some weight with some simple adjustments. 1, no sugary drinks, no alcohol but water 2, no white flour, no white bread 3, don't eat potatoes or rice as a side with meat, have it with a green salad or vegetables instead. 4, no icecream, no milk chocolate but some dark chocolate with less sugar content... Etc It's not complicated but it could be hard to be consistent. Good luck!

Also another nice recipe if you're a sweet tooth for breakfast Healthy 2 ingredient sweet banana and egg pancakes 2 bananas and 2 eggs It has to be equal ratio You mush two bananas and eggs together and put it on medium heat (on the stove) until its easy for you to flip amd and repeat that twice Now u have a healthy pancake P.s no sugar required as the bananas are sweet but if you'd like , you can use honey as a sweet topper on the pancakes And using 2 bananas and eggs make a lot so probably 8 medium sized pancakes

KIWI: One way to get the skin off the kiwi is cut off slightly one end and take a regular spoon go under the skin and glide the spoon curve side down all the way around lifting the skin. Boom. Kiwi slides right out.

Look I’m just gonna be honest. I was really excited for the banana raspberry oatmeal cake thing at 1:22 that I’ve been saving it on my playlist for ages. I planned to make it for my mum’s birthday for breakfast, which is the day I’m making this comment. I substituted strawberries with blueberries instead (because my mum prefers blueberries) and added 1/3 cup of flaxseeds like how another comment suggested for extra fibre and protein. The outcome? It did not taste particularly great. But it wasn’t disgusting enough to make me spit it out. It was like kind of bland, but still edible, you know. It’s ok. I mean it has no added sugar so of course it’s not gonna be too great. It’s a great healthy option, I guess, but a little disappointing for my mum’s birthday breakfast. Well, what can I say?
