Good exercises, my question,why not do all the floor exercises then do the stand up exercise. Is there a reason for the order of the exercises.

Good question! Maybe this is because you doing something (standing-up and lay down, etc.) in your 30 seconds rest periods in between these exercises? Of this is to prevent you from finding the exercises boring because you will be lying on the floor for too long? Or it is to be able to bring a better variation in the various exercises? Uh, I don't know, I'm just sitting there thinking hard about what the right answer could be to your good question! I hope Mark McIlyar of Live Anabolic will give the exact answer to your question here below!

In the title of this video, I see that this workout is during 8 minute and not 7 or 18 minute. And you can hear Mark McIlyar also say 8 minute.
