The good news is ,I love this, and hope everyone in here realizes how it shows you where your current balance is at! The other good news is: Even though I may never, til the end of time, be able to do that point-leg front>side>return without putting the foot down!!--- I keep moving anyway, maybe in the future building up to a couple of seconds at a time.! 😍😍😍Thanks for helping me build balance😍😍😍

Whew! The balance exercises took me back to my ballet & dancing days as a young girl. Now, at 67 yrs young, compartmental knee replacement & hip replacements on right and left side PLUS Osteoporosis has really challenged me. I loved the workout!💓 🏋🏽♀️💪🏽🏋🏽♀️💓

I am 59 and i am finally realizing the importance of stretching and balance. I adore your workouts! I love the format that you remind us to breathe and encourage people to go at their pace. After two weeks of making a series of your exercises part of my morning routine I can tell in my core and how I walk now that they are making a difference, keeep it up and I love how you add your voice and do not video yourself exercising and talking. This is my 9th. day of the challenge workout and I am seeing the positive effects of it on my body. I combined day 4 and day 5 as I was not able to workout on the previous day, that was awesome. Those who are doing the 14 days workout, I am encouraging you all NOT to give up, each day is worth the rewards on your body. Stay strong!

Hi, I started doing your workouts early March, always done a lot of walking but nothing much else. Since March I have regularly been doing this and have gone from having very little balance to being able to do the whole workout. So 3 months to massively increasing my posture and balance . I have walked 12,000 steps today, come home done this, going to do stretches shortly, then finished for the day . Thankyou. Jo x

going through the early stages of menopause I've been feeling really down with aching joints and low morale. I decided this morning that enough of this doom and gloom and its time to look after myself. I tried this workout and I loved it !! it gave me a surge of energy and your comments were so uplifting. I then carried on and did the 5 minute kner strengthening exercises. I aim to do these everyday from now on. Thanks for these you're amazing 💖

This was fantastic! I have had my knees, hips and shoulders replaced over the years. (Beginning at the age of 55 up until 5 months ago just before I turned 69.) Wow - great way to start the first day of Spring - over a year ago I fell (during the extreme sport of walking and talking with my bestie) and badly (really badly) sprained my left ankle - I didn't realise how much it has thrown my balance out - I can do all the exercises on my right leg with limited wobbles but my left ... oh my goodness. Great video! I love your smiles and voice! I am not sure it is just me, but I feel the music is too noisy for me. It seems when I get older, I like less loud music. So I turned the volume wya down so I don’t hear it but I would love to hear your voice and accompanied with softer music

Thank you so much, Shellea! In recent years I have completely given up exercising because I couldn’t sustain the intensity and pace I was doing in my 20’s and 30’s. I would dread working out because I would exhaust myself and feel worse afterwards (headaches, painful muscles, aching knees, etc). When I found your website, I was hesitantly optimistic...I was enjoying your fashion and makeup tips. So I just started the January 14-day challenge. I’m into the second week, and each morning I get up, hold off doing work, and excitedly jump into your exercise routines for the day!! I look forward to it and have so much fun. I really enjoy your workouts & find them somewhat challenging but not too difficult - just enough to keep me coming back. I'm 70 with osteoporosis and bad knees but am still able to do many of your routines, especially the ones that are standing only. I enjoy the format you use, the music and your personality!

Just did this love it💐. Years-OK, decades- ago, learned in a physiological psych(?)class, the brain - body connection. This workout & others in here remind us of benefits of waking that connection up. While that class decades ago was not so advanced as to advocate that way, I recall instructor saying “ Senility is NOT a natural consequence of aging”. Had we benefit of today’s advanced thinking, we’d add” So exercise regularly, including balance...” 💐💐Thank you, Schellea ❤️❤️.

Hi I’m a bit older early 70’s I’ve been doing some of your videos I can’t do floor stuff so it’s great to have found so many that I can do. First day with this Balance one today little bit wobbly definitely going to do again. I love the 5000 steps in 30 mins whew 😅 l love your meditation video so calming especially in this horrible year.
