The good news is ,I love this, and hope everyone in here realizes how it shows you where your current balance is at! The other good news is: Even though I may never, til the end of time, be able to do that point-leg front>side>return without putting the foot down!!--- I keep moving anyway, maybe in the future building up to a couple of seconds at a time.! 😍😍😍Thanks for helping me build balance😍😍😍

I can’t balance with most of them. I think it means we have to stay vigilant. I think I’ll end up doing these exercises twice daily.

Whew! The balance exercises took me back to my ballet & dancing days as a young girl. Now, at 67 yrs young, compartmental knee replacement & hip replacements on right and left side PLUS Osteoporosis has really challenged me. I loved the workout!💓 🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️💓

Thanks Shellea for doing these balance routines. I’m 71 and staying fit with KZbin and you are the only trainer I’ve found who does intensive balance exercises and they are so important as you get older.

I am 59 and i am finally realizing the importance of stretching and balance. I adore your workouts! I love the format that you remind us to breathe and encourage people to go at their pace. After two weeks of making a series of your exercises part of my morning routine I can tell in my core and how I walk now that they are making a difference, keeep it up and I love how you add your voice and do not video yourself exercising and talking. Your exercise routines are just FABULOUS :)

I use this lovely lady daily, everything is toning up, fabulous, I have arthritis and other problems and do not suffer with her plus I walk 3500 steps with her

Seriously: From regularly exercising with these routines including this balance one, even have reduced what had been diagnosed”ADVANCED ARTHRITIS”. Most days I feel absolutely zero discomfort in what had been knee and shoulder complaining. I showed them! Best wishes from New York City~

Good morning!!!You did it again!!!!😊😊😊😊Again you put on a work out that is just right at the right moment...at least for me!!! More challenging each time in a very comforting and encouraging way.You push our boundaries each time and help us discover how much we can do...ooooh the feeling of wonder to found out that I can do these exercises !! I can keep my balance and the pleasure,the blessing of having a body that responds to the challenge. It's like being younger again but with the knowledge of "old age" ie not taking it for granted and realizing how precious health,vitality is important and precious. You help us do that with the exercises,your encouragements,your bright smile.All this new found energy translates into our daily life helping us to be strong and focused. Thank you sooooo much. Yessss I did it. Now I can get my day started. Onto 10 minutes are weights 😮 I'm almost done. Thank you. This 54 years young is doing what's necessary to keep from getting fractures. 😊 Strength builder.

This is my 9th. day of the challenge workout and I am seeing the positive effects of it on my body. I combined day 4 and day 5 as I was not able to workout on the previous day, that was awesome. Those who are doing the 14 days workout, I am encouraging you all NOT to give up, each day is worth the rewards on your body. Stay strong!

i think i'm 59 ha ha i dont keep track only because i look way younger. i think exercise is my fountain of youth! i wondered if you did any running videos? i suppose i can do a walk one but just run. since menopause i started running. i say run but its a slow run...i started w 3k then 5k run for charity then got the running bug. i have been doing your videos for ages and they are wonderful... thanks

I’m shielding in the UK! Just done the 10 minute bat wing followed by the 20 minute balance workout. Been working up to 30 minutes as I have a lung problem. Really proud of myself. Thank you so much for your videos and encouragement ! 👍🏻

Hi, I started doing your workouts early March, always done a lot of walking but nothing much else. Since March I have regularly been doing this and have gone from having very little balance to being able to do the whole workout. So 3 months to massively increasing my posture and balance . I have walked 12,000 steps today, come home done this, going to do stretches shortly, then finished for the day . Thankyou. Jo x

going through the early stages of menopause I've been feeling really down with aching joints and low morale. I decided this morning that enough of this doom and gloom and its time to look after myself. I tried this workout and I loved it !! it gave me a surge of energy and your comments were so uplifting. I then carried on and did the 5 minute kner strengthening exercises. I aim to do these everyday from now on. Thanks for these you're amazing 💖

This was fantastic! I have had my knees, hips and shoulders replaced over the years. (Beginning at the age of 55 up until 5 months ago just before I turned 69.) Therefore I have no stablizers, so this video is one that is particularly essential for me. Thank you so much ! You make these videos so fun!!!

Wow - great way to start the first day of Spring - over a year ago I fell (during the extreme sport of walking and talking with my bestie) and badly (really badly) sprained my left ankle - I didn't realise how much it has thrown my balance out - I can do all the exercises on my right leg with limited wobbles but my left ... oh my goodness. Thanks Schellea!

I am amazed how hard it is to balance….right knee has been replaced and working on not having left knee done. Talked to Dr today and we can wait longer, no pain and I did this whole balance video. Thank you for keeping me inspired.

💌 I feel balanced. This is the 2nd day of the challenge. I did all three videos and by the time I finished I could really feel how much better I was balancing without any help of a chair.

Great video! I love your smiles and voice! I am not sure it is just me, but I feel the music is too noisy for me. It seems when I get older, I like less loud music. So I turned the volume wya down so I don’t hear it but I would love to hear your voice and accompanied with softer music

Thank you so much, Shellea! In recent years I have completely given up exercising because I couldn’t sustain the intensity and pace I was doing in my 20’s and 30’s. I would dread working out because I would exhaust myself and feel worse afterwards (headaches, painful muscles, aching knees, etc). When I found your website, I was hesitantly optimistic...I was enjoying your fashion and makeup tips. So I just started the January 14-day challenge. I’m into the second week, and each morning I get up, hold off doing work, and excitedly jump into your exercise routines for the day!! I look forward to it and have so much fun. I feel better already, my body is responding in such a positive way, and I talk about you to my husband and teenagers like you and I are old friends. Thank you! There are positive things about lockdown and one of them is discovering Fabulous50s. I’ve been doing a 30 minute daily routines since March and I feel so much better. Thank you Schellea I’m ticking with you way beyond Covid 19! 👍🏻

I really enjoy your workouts & find them somewhat challenging but not too difficult - just enough to keep me coming back. I'm 70 with osteoporosis and bad knees but am still able to do many of your routines, especially the ones that are standing only. I enjoy the format you use, the music and your personality!

Just did this love it💐. Years-OK, decades- ago, learned in a physiological psych(?)class, the brain - body connection. This workout & others in here remind us of benefits of waking that connection up. While that class decades ago was not so advanced as to advocate that way, I recall instructor saying “ Senility is NOT a natural consequence of aging”. Had we benefit of today’s advanced thinking, we’d add” So exercise regularly, including balance...” 💐💐Thank you, Schellea ❤️❤️.
