Can anyone share a PDF of a repair manual for these bikes? I have a 1990 FZR600 genesis and I can’t find any useful info about maintenance and repairs on the internet. TIA

I’ve always used ManualLib.com or the Haynes manual and that’s covered most things I’ve needed.

i have to first time clean and balance carb on FZR , i heard aces to the ports is bad , but that bad ? Any advice how conect it without removing coolant pipes ?

Depending on how much cleaning you need to do, it’s not too much to remove. Side panels, tank and air box should be enough. If you’re just cleaning float bowls and jets, you can get them off in place, but taking the carbs off the bike isn’t too hard and gives you better access to them to give them a proper clean

@@tomsworkshopprojects do you know size of carbouratour balance adapter ? It is M5 or M6 ? I want install them permanently , not there are screws with seals , but i want buy them and after that make works on carbourators.
