1) Lie on your side with your knees bent, and prop your upper body up on your elbow.
2) Raise your hips off the floor, and hold for seconds
3) Rest for 10 seconds.
4) Repeat
5) Switch to your other side and repeat steps 1 through 4.

Okay, so lemme try: Waist: 78 cm Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ (on my period but still surviving lol) Day 4: ✅ (exercises were a bit easier already, and I stopped mid-exercises less often) Day 5: ✅ (can already hold side planks longer, because before, balance says no) Day 6: ✅ (i feel that my core is getting stronger, but planks are rlly hard for me haha) Day 7: ✅ Waist: 77 cm 🤗 Week 2: ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ Waist: 74.5 cm 😊 (did this workout along with her other waist workout) Didn't do any diet, so it has pretty good results!

@@gojo13284 I followed a 30-day plan on an app (which serves as my cardio hehe) and another of her eaist workout on which unnie was wearing something green. I also followed her arm workout, but I guess it doesn't have an effect on the waist area sjsksks

Trying this for 2 weeks straight w/o diet 😩✊ - waist size: 27 - - goal waist size: 24 - Day 1 - ✓ ( did it 3x ) Day 2 - ✓ ( did it 2x ) Day 3 - ✓ ( did it 2x ) Day 4 - ✓ ( did it 2x ) Day 5 - X ( got too busy ) Day 6 - ✓ ( did it 3x ) Day 7 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 8 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 9 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 10 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 11 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 12 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 13 - ✓ ( did it 1x ) Day 14 - √ ( did it 1x ) updates: • my tummy hurts after day 1!! I think it would work fr ahh ~ • I kept going without rests on Day 4 • My body started to feel better on Day 4 and my tummy doesn't hurt • I got better and better in doing the exercises • I personally exercise with music that I like so i memorized the exercises and let the music do it's job ;) ( i would not recommend my way of doing it lol, but it personally helps me ) results after 14 days: My waist size changed! I didn't reached my goal but it did made a change. I will do this every now and then from now on!! Thank you Current waist size: 25

If anyone wants to do this seriously I'll give you a tip that may help you 🌾 ~~ TIP #1 • Avoid snacking - Snacking is a very hard thing to cut off especially if we normalized it. Snacking gives us extra calories that we intake every day. Snacking has prons and cons such as: Pros - We get energized to do our daily activities and it helps us to focus more in work. Cons - It adds up our calories. Unnecessary foods needed in our body gets piled up and day after day it slowly changes our body to gain such weight. ** How to avoid it** - Learn how to Differentiate it, between hungry and just eating because of boredom. Don't over do it and not eat! We shall go slowly in this weight loss journey, and we shall have a great outcome! Being able to search this video is already a great step, now we can walk a dozen errands in it. Hwaiting everyone!! 👏👏 화이팅 ~~

I stopped for 3 days but I'm continuing it now! Since we eat rice every meal, I decreased my rice consumption. However I still eat 3 meals a day so it works even without much food diet ☺️‼️

I've been doing this workout for about a week, plus a mile of running which has toned my abs. I can see that my core has gotten stronger and I'm doing a lot better from when I started doing this workout. My waist is definitely slimmer it went from 29 to 27 in the time I've been doing this workout, it's really helpful and I definitely recommend it. Thank you for the amazing workout!

I search "Abs Workout For Woman" and the first video they show is your video. So I click and I was shocked that your workout are very affective and working. I have do it for 2 weeks and yes, I diet and follow this exercise. Finally my abs flat. I recommend this exercise/workout for the one who want to get toned abs and the workout is very affective. 😊

Okay I have been doing this workout for about a month not and let me tell you it works really well! I gain weight really easily and it is really hard to burn it off but after 2 weeks I could see results and I will admit it wasn’t easy but I pushed myself though it because I would be thanking myself later. It made me sweat and all ways remember that you are perfect just the way you are and you don’t have to change for anybody but if you’re anything like me you want to improve yourself and feel more better in your own skin and I get that but just remember that there is only one of you in the world and when you do the workout remember that you can do it!💜

Alright, let’s do this 😎 Day 1: I was kinda dying. It looked easy, but nO it was nOT. ✔️ Day 2: It became a little easier. I somewhat did start feel some “pain” in my abs, so I’m going to assume that’s a good thing. ✔️ Day 3: I was able to do all of them for the time, but I did end the last part 5 seconds earlier cause I couldn’t hold it any longer. ✔️ Day 4: it actually did became a tiny bit easier. I actually do think my core became stronger. (I’ve also been doing other full body workouts) ✔️ Day 5: *resting day* Day 6: I honestly do think my abs are getting more visible than they were and my waist seems a bit slimmer :) ✔️ (Im not any sort of “diet” I’m just cutting out candy and junk food) Day 7: I did this at 2am and I was more tired than usual, even tho my sleep schedule is messed up. I am seeing a difference in my waist, it looks more slimmer than it used to. Day 8: (I forgot to write it whoops) anyways, I tried on my high-waisted pants and WHEN I TELL YOU ON MY WAIST AREA IT WASN’T TIGHT IT WAS LOOSE 🤌🏼 this is what I wanted ✔️ Day 9: *i didn’t do it, i just was too busy* :( Day 10: this is beginning to be eAsY, probably cause I got used to do this workout and doing others my body just got used to the pain lmao ✔️ It’s been over than a month, I think? THIS WORKOUT WORKS! I suggest for you to also do other workouts, the more the better. Just don’t overwork yourself! If you’re feeling bold and brave, do this workout two times or three 😎

Just a tip to make it easier, remember to warm up before doing any workout, and then stretch after finishing the workout :)

@@10nids i mean, im not sure since i did other workouts as well. i did lose belly fat tho. it may possibly help lose belly fat, only if you only do this workout and have a diet. it just depends if you do other videos and similar stuff to that.

I will be doing this workout for 2 weeks straight I will be updating. Starting measurement: Waist: 26.5 Goal:24 just to start off I would like to say that I won't be going on a diet but simply having fewer portions than normal and only drinking water. @@miab598 I did it 4 times a day (less or more can be done). but I didn’t go on a diet, because it could be dangerous. just cut back on salt / sugar and too fatty foods. and also, eat 3-4 times a day, but a little)) good luck💕

I'm doing this along with other waist workout My 1st week doing this workout Day 1:✅ completed (felt the pain at my stomach) Day 2:✅ completed (today felt a little easier) Day 3:✅ completed (The workouts where a lot easier than when I started, I was not going workout today because I was demotivated but after 1 hour I was so motivated, I do see a slight difference but it's faint) Day 4:✅ completed (I felt the burn but enjoyed it, I did it late though) Day 5:✅ completed (Did not feel pain or felt tired but I enjoyed so much) Day 6:✅ completed (Today I felt the burn but it was easy) Day 7:✅ completed (Today was hard but I completed) There is a big difference between day 1 until day 7 People lose weight differently, I lose weight slowly so I decided to do this for 2 weeks My 2th week doing this workout Day 8:✅ completed (The more you do this workout the easier it gets but I have trouble with the last exercise "The Plank") Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

I lost 3 centimetres! I could not do all of the exercises professionally, but I was careful to drink and eat water. Don't give up, you can get good results. Today is my 6th day of doing this workout and today I could do the first three exercises with no breaks and through the rest I had A LOT less breaks I think my core got stronger and I've lost about 3-5 pounds too! Today's day 7 or 8 and I did almost all of it will smaller breaks and less breaks and I felt like I could hold the planks longer and better! I haven't lost any more weight but I also haven't gained and more weight so yay

This work out is really great. I do it thrice a day. DAY 1 - 28 in Day 2 - ☑️ Day 3 - ☑️ Day 4 - ☑️ Day 5 - ☑️ Day 6 - ☑️ Day 7 - ☑️ 2 week later - ☑️ 22 in Hey guys. Don't give up. Keep on going. No pain no gain. Btw I eat nothing from 1 PM (after lunch).

I have been following your routines for 3 days now i can say it is very helpful, easier and i can really feel the burn. These are simple moves but it gets the job done and serves well its purposes. Suprisingly it looks easy to do but infact it is hard to execute hahaha 😊 even so this is the only routine I find that works for me and I like so much to do along with your other vidoes! I’m going to do it every other day, good luck to everyone who’s doing it these days with me! Day 1:it was super hard to do and I didn’t finish all the exercises, hopefully the next day I would be able to master it. Day 2: it was still super hard to do, I’ve been doing cardio exercises in the meantime, will do it again in 2-3 days. Day 3: why isn’t it getting easier???? Uhghhhh so difficult... I always get a cramp/over stretch one of my legs while doing it... but I won’t give up!! Day 4: I did anothers waist work out from this channel, will update with this one tomorrow. Day 5: I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the exercises were easier to do this time. I made some pauses but much less than before. Day 6: I’m doing this video every couple of days, it feels way easier today. Day 7: unfortunately I took a week rest and todays exercise was more difficult to do than usually

I'm gonna do this for a week while I'm fasting and I'll update ( remind me when I don't apdate) : ( 14yo . 48kg. 157cm) Day1: (61cm) I was soo exhausted but it's okay if there are result Day2: I'm tired and just to know I'm not doing just this work-out I'm doing the collarbones from emi wong and legs exercise and the vacuum breath Day3: I don't feel that tired like the first day but my back hurt Day4:check I did it and it wasn't that hard like the first day of course Day5:heeey I finished exams and I came back so as usual I'm tired and when I finished work out I see a little of abs Day6: I don't feel tired like the first days and know I'm 160cm taller and I weight 47 kg yes I got 3cm taller that Insane Day7:my period come ㅠㅠ The result :

i love that most of your workouts are super short, and that your videos show that you sweat and breathe during it, it shows that this is supposed to be hard but not impossible ^_^!

doing this everyday (no changed diet but i normally dont eat many unhealthy foods anyway) waist: 27 inch/68cm day 1: complete - workout was hard to get through and i have knee problems so I replaced the last three exercises with hip dips day 2:complete - less bloating in the morning than before and the workouts were easier to get through! day 3: complete - it was a lot harder this time even if it was easier yesterday. It was probably harder because I was sore from dancing yesterday! I started to see more definition in my upper and lower core area day 4: rested this day because it's not good to work out every day also I was really busy.. day 5: complete - I feel like the first four days are always the hardest but once you complete them might as well continue since I'm too far to waste past efforts lmao. This day was for sure easier than the past four. I'm seeing a lot less bloating and stronger core so far!!! day 6: complete - I measured again and went down half an inch o.0 my body fluctuates easily so i guess its just a matter of maintaining it. the workouts felt harder tpday

🍀I’ll try to update🍀 Height: 5’6 Weight: 155 lbs Waist: 32.5 inches Started: May 14 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Day 1✅: Finished. It was challenging and had to take a couple of breaks Day 2✅: Finished. Woke up sore. Day 3✅: Finished. It is getting a little bit easier to do.

doing this for 1 week remind me! started doing this yesterday day 1 ✅the plank exercise hurts me so I’m working on holding it for 60 secs 😁 day 2✅ no difference but when I did the plank it did not hurt as much as day 1 forgot to edit this :/ so I did it for 2 months and I’m a 13 year old and weighted 146 but after the workout I’m 107 and I also been eating healthy like I don’t drink sodas/ chips and junks , eggs and fruits , probiotics also worked aswell it really helped me for that tbh! After 1 week I saw my stomach getting flatter so that’s how I knew it worked and my legs also got slimmer and I have a 4 pack now lol! I totally recommend this workout if u want a flat stomach I lost 13 pounds after the 1st and a half month but this workout worked really well for me and I hope it does for you aswell :) and I’m also gonna continue doing this workout!

This exercise is amazing, I have been doing it for about seven days now and I can see a slight change, to see clear results I think you will at the very least need to do this for a month or so! I can really feel the burn and it is very affective! It doesn’t help doing it in the middle of summer in 30 degrees though 😂😂.
