Just discovering you and qi gong I think this might work for me Yoga and Thai Chi way to rigid and "do it right" oriented for me - and your presences is lovely.

Dear Lee. Isn't it the right time to create already a spring everyday routine? I would be so grateful, cause, being a yoga, pilates and fitness teacher, I taught this winter lesson my students from 13 to 74 years old, and it really helps a lot to stay OK. Thank you a lot, Teacher.

Good afternoon, very good this routine! It is preferred that "the Pump" to be made in the afternoon? It improve the yin energy? When we down to the sides the hands, actually we circulate the Qi Energy?

My intention has been to count how many pumps. However, I'm usually paying attention to the meditation you're directing. I count about 40,. I have a new intention f reaching three times that, as your teacher advised.

That's a wonderful routine - thank you so much! I know I'm a little late to the party, but is the offer for the free lessons still valid? So far I've tried multiple times (in different browers, Pale Moon and Firefox) and I keep getting an error message when clicking the button. (Seems like an issue with ontraport from what I can tell?) EDIT: Disregard what I said - a couple of hours later the issue was gone! Seems to have worked, just waiting on the confirmation mail for now. Thanks again for this wonderful offer!
