You used to do a lot of ab work, do you still do it of cam or just stopped, how has it impacted your training? Good shit BTW

Why did do you sqaut with sbd sleeves on highbar and not the inzer

Inzer are quite tight and uncomfortable so I don't really need that for rep and set work

How long are your rest periods between sets?

I think I measured about 15.5 on mine recently, yours look mad, I'd guess easily 16.5 or something.
