You inspired me to lose weight. I never tracked my calories , I lost slowly 8 pounds in 7 weeks . I only walk and nothing else . Thank you . I gained some weight because of my French boyfriend who is skinny and can eat anything. I started eating a lot of desserts and drinking more wine Now he is very supportive of my weightloss . We enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a beer

Also, I am on my weight loss journey and lost so far 17 pound and counting. I hit 10K and up steps everyday plus go on runs not bc I have to but because I enjoy it it’s my escape from reality lol but I feel you on not being able to lift as much as I could prior to loosing weight and was confused and discouraged as well lol :(

@@WrightDreamer I am doing a diet called OPTAVIA. It gives u 5 high protein fuelings per day & one lean & green meal for dinner. Or 4 high protein feulings with lunch & dinner being ur lean & green. It’s a simple plan to follow. I’m down 55 lbs. My weight loss has slowed but that was always going to happen.

I lost almost 9 pounds in just 3 weeks counting calories doing nothing else. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food all my life, this method helps me take control of my eating. At some point I intend to start exercising as well, but first I plan to lose all the 22 extra pounds.

Congrats on huge weight loss, 20 lb that's a lot. 🎉🎉🎉 I will tell you that I think your energy dip is from not enough protein. Your food looked amazing but protein of 30-40 grams each meal. (100-130 grams per day) ❤ Not judging. I'm just offering

You don’t need your iphone with your Apple Watch if you have a cellular model. Great job with weight loss and getting fit! Also, maintaining your weight while on vacation is easier because your cortisol levels go down. So you can afford to eat more because you’re happy. 😊
