While working with 100s of patients with low back and hip pain, we've found that greater than 90% of our patients have weakness in their lower abdominal muscles and also need to strengthen the glute muscles as well. This helps balance out the forces in the hips and low back, and ultimately reduces or stops low back pain / hip pain.
