Thanks a lot for this legit informative video bhaiya. When I joined the gym, my trainer gave me no knowledge about the topic 'mobility'. In fact, he cursed me saying that now I am getting weaker. Doing squats I could not perform full range of motion just the reason being that you mentioned ki below 90° I felt weaker. So I always wanted to run from this squat exercise. I didn't want to do it voluntarily. Today I got to know the root cause that is, lack of mobility in joints linked with squats. I will definitely address this. ❤ Thanks a lot

While doing little heavy dumbell press, i feel pain and uncontrolled rotation in my left shoulder joint in the last reps, Please suggest me any cure, I have observed this multiple times over a year of training.

Thanks Navjyot for this kind of video. i will definitely watch all these which you mentioned here. but as you said at the last to mention my pain. i feel my pain in my left shoulder somewhere inside. very low pain. only i can feel when i try to sleep on left side. this happened probably when i was trying to push up from rod couple of month ago. if you have some suggestion how to get rid of that it would be very helpful. :) thanks.

I feel pain in my knees after performing squat and deadlift . Especially after lunges and the pain is like my knee is displaced. I had consulted some doctors but everyone said your knee is normal and this is happening to you bcz of vitam d and calcium deficiency

Hi Navjot, Thanks for sharing the knowledge. I experience pain after Chest Day near AC Joint in my right shoulder. Also, the bone near that area is pointy and sore. I have this problem since 4 years but I only experience this pain when I resume weight lifting especially when I go heavy. I had to quit weight lifting many times due to this. Can you help me with AC Joint mobility here?
