For people recovering from surgery, people with mobility issues, people with chronic pain, your videos are such a blessing. You give us hope. The small steps we can take in the right direction without injuring ourselves further, the steady progress we make, it may be invisible to others but it means the world to us. Thank you so much for all your hard work. 🙏🙏

Love your work and compassion! I need this level of movement, and it's helping me! Thank you thank you thank you. It's such a shame that the cynics want to tear down everything they see - how miserable they must be. Keep bringing the joy and encouragement! Love you 💘

What great advice Justin. I do what i can to with a rare spinal disease and in pain all the time. I do exercise snacks, your full length workouts which wish there were more of but thank you for what you do. I can watch all these other influencers and you get so down on yourself because you can’t do these intense workouts because they are telling you to push through the pain and you are hating it. So TY again. From a 72 yo Nana with four grandchildren. (Used to do the opposite.. run all the time, gym rat, yoga hot and miles of cycling. Caught up to me when i hit 68.

In 2023 my beloved husband of 48 yrs passed after a short but awful illness. I was bereft for months last thing I wanted to do was exercise. I lost tone and muscle and recently am trying to regain it and drop some weight. Your exercises are perfect you meet me where Iam. I'm looking forward to doing the harder workouts believe me...and with your program I can. TY

Your workouts are perfect for the elderly and people with mobility issues. “Gentle program” is the best description of your workouts and it has helped my dad immensely! That is why when I first came across one of your shorts, I immediately went to your channel and checked out your other exercises and subbed right away then forwarded the link to my pops, battling cancer. Thanks to your workouts, he’s regaining his strength and mobility. Keep it coming. We appreciate you👊🏼🙏🏻

I never thought your exercises were any of the negative comments. I am a cancer survivor, and had my downtimes, at 52 it sometimes gets to you and i truly appreciate you, your effort, and the videos. There are many of us around the world who look forward to your videos. May God continue to guide you and give you strength to continue what you do. Thank you and more power.🎉

Beautifully said, eye-opening! God bless you, your sister, and all the BRAVE, PERSISTENT and DISCIPLINED people who keep showing up for themselves with a mustard seed of faith, doing the best they can. May all our hearts be filled with love and compassion for ourselves and others, so that we value, respect and celebrate the grace, strength and dignity of those living with unglamorous challenges. May we become sources of loving support and encouragement for those who need it. May we see exercise as a valuable form of self-care, rather than a way of punishing our bodies into meeting fickle standards of appearance.

starting a fitness journey is about knowing your limitations and working with what you got to get where you want. if that means doing lazy workout, then do it. its a whole lot better than doing these 1 hour hiit workouts that make you wanna give up in a day especially if youre someone thats not used to moving. stop thinking that you have to be training like rocky balboa everyday. just do the 1/5/10 min workout and keep going. you got this

Imagine being so clueless about how our bodies are not permanent and can change, so you make comments like those people at the beginning of the video., Anyone can need Justin's exercises at any point in their lives. Our bodies are not static or permanent. They are subject to change just like everything else. So is our minds and brains. Justin, thank you for your content because the season of our lives change and we need to have the tools to be healthy at every stage.

What Tim Walz said is important. ‘Mind your own damn business.’ Jesus Christ said the same thing during the Sermon on the Mount. Do not look at your neighbor's ‘speck’ look at your own ‘log.’ Be kind to others, and encourage everyone in their journey. It doesn't impact you.

This video made me cry. I now suffer from debilitating chronic pain 24/7 causing me to be mostly bedbound and can no longer do what I was capable of before. I can’t do yoga poses I love anymore, can’t hike for miles or climb mountains, can’t dance or flow with my hula hoops. Every time I tried, I would hurt myself even more. :( This has made me really, really, really depressed. The mobility exercises and accessible workouts you show have helped me have some movement in my body. Everything still hurts all the time, but at least with your workouts and exercises, I can move in safer ways. Thank you 🙏 💜 You’re an angel! And your sister is lucky to have you

Lazy , naw, you give great inspiration to some that have their own physical challenges for example;, I have right shoulder injury, both knees have meniscus tears and acl tear to the right knee , my right bicep tendon was torn , and before all that , i was born with a light form of cerebral palsy, my left side arm and leg have never fully developed in equal strength as to what I have on my right side, so I walk around daily unbalanced and it takes its toll every now and again and these exercises you inspire us to participate in play a key role to help us feel better ~ thank you.
